What a great experience with Stop Start. They delivered exactly on time and our delivery driver Michael went far beyond our expectations. He was polite and helpful and brought our goods into the house some of which were very heavy . Cannot fault the service 5 Stars!

The driver was very friendly and polite. He arrived on time and carried the heavy items into our property and let us check off the items against the list. Very good service.

I am not normally the type of person to give feedback but this time it is a must. When doing a bathroom renovation and having many different companies delivering items you start to notice what companies go above and beyond. And stop start is the company who have been the absolute stand out for positive experience!

The live tracker which they send provides so much reassurance after having other delivery companies not even showing up on the day they stated.

Jag Scotland who delivered my items was so friendly and brought the items straight into my house for me.

Altogether I cannot fault this company for providing such a flawless delivery when I’ve been stressed chasing other delivery companies.

Quality courier service. A prompt delivery from Plumbworld. Regularly updated tracking information meant I wasn’t kept in the dark despite the driver being slightly delayed en route. I wish all couriers were as efficient.

Excellent communication and tracking facility throughout. Helpful, friendly driver who parked considerately on our driveway. He brought all the items carefully into the room I indicated and checked the boxes for damage. I can’t fault this company at all. Absolutely fantastic service.

Great comms from courier from the start. I knew exactly when the delivery was due. Regular updates from Dilpreet the driver and the good were delivered bang on time. Dilpreet the driver was courteous and helpful with the delivery. Assistance was offered but on this occasion was not necessary. I will deal with them again with my next delivery and have no hesitation in recommending them.

It was delivered on time packed really good . Didn’t rush he put the items in the hall and made sure we could get round it. He was really nice would recommend.only ordered it on Sunday came on Tuesday carnt beat that

driver sent above and beyond, carrying an extremely heavy parcel into he house for me and placed it carefully in situ.

Delivery was efficient with excellent communication. Tracking was of a very high standard and I was notified of a two hour slot, then a thirty minute slot, then a five minute slot then one minute.
This courier puts some of the others to shame.

I had a positive experience with Stop & Start. The driver was incredibly considerate, placing my huge parcel into my patio since I wasn’t home at the time of delivery. I received a text notification after 7 PM the day before, which was too late for me to reschedule, given that the delivery window was set for the next morning between 7-9 AM, and I work full time.

I really appreciated the driver's thoughtfulness in ensuring my package was safe and secure. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service and would recommend them for their reliability and great customer care!

More than delighted with how our delivery was handled by the Stop Start driver. He respected our property and wishes, leaving our item precisely as we had requested (which has not been our experience with other carriers).
