I'm enjoying my chosen course. The topic is interesting, lots of information is provided and the course is clear to follow. My assessor Natasha Beukes has been lovely with marking my assignments, and I find it encouraging. Thank you.

The course content was easily accessible and simple to follow. The ability to start the content and come back to it when you're able, was very beneficial. My tutor was always helpful and supportive.

My experience with my tutor Rachael Street is great, she will always reply to my queries on time. and more detailed with explanation. I am very pleased with her support.

My Tutor Zoe has been amazing throughout my course. I sadly had a sudden family bereavement. I emailed Zoe explaining what had happened and that the situation may put my ability to study on hold. Zoe was so empathic and replied straight away, reassuring me that there was no rush.
Throughout my course my tutor has been enthusiastic and supportive in ensuring I understand every unit and the importance of every detail within the course.

Although I am not even halfway through my course, I would like to thank Hilary Clark for her support and encouragement. My assignments always promptly reviewed, and constructive feedback is provided. I am already feeling more confident to apply what I have learned from the course to my work and daily life. I am happy I had chosen this course. So far it is meeting my expectations.

It has been a long three years since I have started Master Herbalist Phytotherapy Course. I had a plan to finish it in a year but with every day busy life and commitments it is not an easy way. I would like to thank to my tutor Hilary Clark for her patience and guidance through the course. Finishing the last assignment now makes me feel proud of myself that I did not give up and that Stonebridge Colleges was an excellent choice for giving me time and freedom to study without any pressure and deadlines. Thank you very much again.

To recount the multiple examples of incompetence, arrogance and unprofessionalism I have experienced whilst studying with Stonebridge College would simply take too long. Suffice to say they failed to register me with the awarding body so when I'd completed my course (Level Three Diploma - Teaching Support) they were unable to get it certified, as it had been replaced by a new course a year into my studies.
The only way to resolve this, in a way that enabled me to get an equivalent qualification, was for me to do a lot of extra work. This and the tardy way Stonebridge dealt with the whole situation delayed my certification by 6 months and caused me a lot of stress. Despite this, I received no apology or any acknowledgement of the inconvenience and upset their mistake caused to me. Instead when my certificate finally arrived they requested I write a TrustPilot review!
I have since raised a formal complaint with them requesting a refund of my course fees - given that due to their incompetence I have not received the qualification for which I studied for two years and have had to put a lot of extra time and effort in to receive any qualification at all. They have given me a fraction of the cost as a 'goodwill gesture' and closed the case. I do not have the time, energy or headspace to pursue it any further as they are clearly an organisation who have no regard for how they treat their students and are incapable of holding themselves responsible for their own mistakes.

Assignments are marked in a timely manner and received back wuthin a couple of days. Feedback from Alison Brown is always very constructive.
I enjoy the freedom of this way to learn and would recommend to others.

Lessons very well prepared, easy to follow, great content and logically following the important subject (although I would like more additional materials to read and learn even more in my own time). Tutors are very friendly. They mark the tests very quickly and always have a good word to encourage and motivate me to start working on another lesson straight away. I bought a Level 3 TA Course in 2020. When I was sold the course, I was told that there is no course expiry. I knew I would take long because I had a young kid, a mother in law to look after and was working part time so I wanted a course that can be done in slow pace; may be 5 years. I had told my worry to the sales man, I cannot recall his name but one of them was Mr David Cox and one was in Finance team . He told me that I can do the course at my own pace that it is not like other courses which needed to be finished within 2 years, which I was considering then from Open University. I understand, I took longer than usual because I wasn't worried about the time. I had only finished first assignment and then working on second.
My course is still on and I still could sign in, so I never thought it is expired. And the main thing is they never sent me an email updating of my course expiry and no email of message from a teacher telling me why I am not submitting my course on time.
I can recall, they emailed and called me everytime when they had to take money. Does an online college responsibility is over once they sell the course, is it also not their responsibility to make sure the students are getting on well with their studies and pass the course they purchased from them. Even the teacher who is assigned to mark my assignment didn't bother to ask me what is going on?

I told my concern to them, they were asking me to re-enroll the course as if it is easy to pay £650 on a course that one hasn't used and re-enroll on another and pay the fee as if money comes free. They know how difficul it was when I paid £650.
They didn't have a courtesy to re-enroll me in another course automatically and apologies for selling a course wrongfully. Learn Direct and Stonebridge, they don't care about whether you finish your course or not, what they care is just your money. They will disappear as soon as you finish paying your fee.

I greatly appreciate my tutor Hilary Clark's commitment to providing timely and constructive feedback. She consistently reviewes and assesses my work, providing insightful comments that help me enhance my understanding and skills. Her dedication to my progress and growth was evident in her prompt responses to my questions and concerns, creating a supportive and nurturing learning environment. Love taking the Clinical Nutrition Level 4 course. It is fun and I learned a lot. This is my 4th course I am taking and I have had positive experience with all of them.

Tutors always respond with detailed feedbacks which help me to improve my final draft of assignment.

I am very grateful for all the help I have recieved from my tutor miss Nicola Warman. She has always provided useful feedback for my assignements in time and has been very encouraging.

this is about Stonebridge College teacher Lisa McArthur is not a great teacher and is not a helpful teacher at all to my assignment and so I was working with many teachers and they have been very helpful in understanding to get graduate, unfortunately, this teacher I think she is on the wrong job and she should not be teaching need to change a job

Stonebridge college nursing course is flexible for me as a working class. The tutors are good and some they delay your progression.

I chose to do an acrylic nail level 2 course with stonebridge because I had done a previous course with them and the support it great. My tutor Hilary Clarke is a godsend and always there for me. Even though some of my assignments are a bit spaced out. I'm really enjoying my course with her as my tutor xx
