1st ring bought, in person, at a Christmas Fayre. I love it and I've received many comments on it.
2nd ring bought online. I love this one as well!
Website very easy to use, the ring was shipped swiftly via Royal Mail, tracked and very well packaged.
Slight website glitch with the cost for delivery. I had not noticed but Frankie picked up on the error immediately and a refund for the price difference was actioned immediately. Faultless customer service!

The ring is beautiful and so lovely that the original spoon is from my home city of Sheffield.

I was extremely lucky to find their stall at Stratford upon Avon some months ago and got my first ring and have now got another from the website. The rings are stunning and fit so well. Bought the ring for my daughter, to be honest I wasn't really sure what she really wanted, as she said a spoon ring but not too big. I spotted the sugar tong ring and it looked smaller. To my delight when it arrived it was a perfect size. Delivered and boxed beautifully. The photo of it on their site has not done it justice as it looks a million times better. I saw the item I wanted to purchase online and it said it was out of stock so I went on the chat and they got straight back to me explaining that they had one in Stock. I purchased it and it was a speedy delivery. I haven't opened it yet because it was so well packaged. It's for my husband's retirement. He will love the lamp it's so unique.
