Lack of communication
The ordering process was easy and seamless but the delivery took a long time and there was no communication on this .

Having looked into your order I can see this was despatched within 24 hours of you placing it, and the order was then despatched with Royal Mail and delivered within the advised 3-5 working day time frame.
If you require a faster delivery option, we do offer a 2-3 working day delivery option with DPD at checkout.
