Last Monday, I went to collect my order at Stevenson in Summertown. The gentleman who assisted me was extremely polite, kind, and welcoming, always with a smile and a very respectful attitude.
The item I ordered turned out to be too small, and he kindly arranged the return and brought me a larger size without any hassle. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but I truly appreciate his excellent customer service.

I Ordered extra school PE Kit.
It came in the estimated delivery time scale.
It's of good quality.
Sizing is pretty good.
Length of jogging bottoms a little long, but that means they'll grow into them.

Uniform unavailable for months
The item I needed was out of stock and I was told it would only be back in stock in just under 4 months time. This is not really acceptable when they are the only stockist of school uniform for the school.

Excellent products and services
Excellent products and services for school uniform ordering online, very convenient for returning the items you no longer needed. Highly recommended as the prices are reasonable for branded uniforms with school logo but even better price than else where for non branded uniforms.

Great Experience
Big thank you to Ben in the Oxford branch today. Due to a sudden school closure we needed new uniform at short notice. Ben was extremely helpful and understanding to our situation. Great customer service.

I was very fortunate to have been assisted by Ian at the Oxford Stevensons.
It so happens he had personal experience with our particular school, so he was very knowledgeable about both the day uniform and the sports kit. Nothing was to much of a trouble. We will definitely ask for Ian on any more Stevensons trips over the years
