Ripped off on price.
Ripped off on price.. £30 Leighton Buzzard to Aylesbury. Previous day with local Aylesbury company from there to LeightonBuzzard £17 Plus cold uncomfortable ride.. Would never use or reccomend Sterling!

Excellent Cabs company
I would like to thank Sterling Cabs for the excellent services they've provided for my journey to Heathrow Airport in December and for picking me up from the airport to Leighton Buzzard in January.
The cab was clean, the driver was very kind, friendly, helpful, on time, committed and we had an excellent communication about the arrangements.
Sterling Cabs is the most reliable Cabs company that I've experienced here in the UK. From now on, they will always be my 1st choice for my journey to and from the airport.

I used Sterling cabs to transport family and fiends to a number of venues over 3 day period July 2021. The service was excellent, I agreed a schedule and all the drivers were on time and accommodated a couple of minor changes. Taxi cabs were clean and safe and drivers so courteous. I high recommend Sterling Cabs, I certainly have them saved on my phone for frequent future use. Tom Linslade

Ordered cab
Ordered cab, 5.2 mile journey, cost £12.50 gave driver £20 and only got £5 change, driver looked at me and said oh do you want it all, I said keep it, but don't try to do me, you was going to get a tip anyway. Ordered 2nd cab same day and driver lying saying he was outside property when clearly he wasn't, he rang and said the house number which wasn't mine, I kept telling him the correct one and he kept saying no it's not, language barrier problems.. Never use again!

price changed while my son was in the cab!
I specifically called for a quote and was advised £25 for a 12 mile journey.
The driver waited until my son was in the cab and then called and told me it would cost more. I am not impressed and won’t use again. Be careful using this company.

Hi Lucy,
We are sorry to hear of your bad experience using our service. We are of the understanding that you were informed that the fare would be between £25-30. Our driver informed us that the metered charge came to roughly £35 but the amount was discounted to £30 as a gesture of goodwill.
Going forward, we will try and provide more accurate quotes, although it is difficult as the rates set by Central Bedfordshire Council may increase or decrease the fare depending on traffic flow due to the meters being calibrated to work on time and not only distance.
