Excellent company
This is the first time I have used Starlight Packaging and must say I was most impressed with their helpfulness and the standard of service. Much to my surprise my order arrived within two day which was a bonus. I would certainly recommend Starlight and will definitely be using them from now on.

Starlight have always resolved issues promptly. Molly is very helpful when issues with quality arise although it is very rare. One of their suppliers sent a batch of poor quality cookipack lids but as they are sealed it wasn't Starlights fault. Molly sent replacements the next day.

The hats do not look as shown in the picture on the website and are very basic and quite small. Very disappointing and we will now have to purchase some better hats somewhere else.

We now longer take any payments over the phone due to recent fraudulent over the phone payments we have received, i understand this is frustrating for you as a customer but we have to ensure all our payments are received via a secure payment link or on our website so this does not happen again. You are more than welcome to place the order online or we can put the order on to the system for you and send a payment link. You will also find that many online business are now also not taking over the phone payments due to the high risk of scams and fraudulent payments.

No longer stocked, yet available
Ordered an item online that was showing as in stock. Turns out it wasn’t. Got an email from them 3 days later, apologising and providing a refund. Went on to state the items had been disabled on their website and they don’t know how I was able to order to it. They really need to sort their tech. But they did deal with it fairly well.
