I was really impressed with Steve, Jake and Will from the Diss office - they gave me weekly updates on our purchase and chased all parts of the chain frequently. If we were to sell the house in future we would certainly consider using them!

Starkings & Watson have been outstanding throughout the process. From the beginning they went the extra mile and demonstrated exactly why they are regarded as a market leader in the area.

Stephen, Sean and Millie were all fantastic to work with. They actively engaged with me to shape how the property was presented and how viewer interactions were handled, which made the whole process feel very collaborative and well thought through.

The marketing was excellent — particularly the quality of the photography and the way the property was positioned in the listing. It really stood out.

When you see the number of “Sold” boards Starkings & Watson have locally, it’s easy to understand why they are the number one agent in the area. Thoroughly recommended.

Danielle and Caroline made the whole process of selling our house very easy and hassle free, they were always there on the end of the phone or to answer an email and we can’t thank them enough.

We would highly recommend Starkins and Watson estate agents, we have had a very long completion of sale, which was nothing to do with the company, They have been incredibly patient, professional and nothing was too much trouble. In what was a rather tricky sale they remained calm at all times, Dani and Carl dealt with our sale and Caroline who oversaw the last part of the process, you were all wonderful.

Janet Riches went above and beyond to provide exceptional service, keeping everyone updated and pushing everything along, including our solicitor who unfortunately this time round has not performed. Just brought our first home, it was a slow start no one’s fault however was a bit so until Janet got on the case she has been excellent very understanding and very helpful she can’t do enough to help you and also keeping you updated was a long journey but was made somewhat easier with the help of Janet

Harry was sent to our Property to value & offer guidance on selling I found him to be very friendly & accommodating. Liz Hammond dealt with the sale again very professional kept us updated on our sale & a joy to talk to. Leon.

Everyone that we have spoken to and met have been wonderful. Starting from the first visit by Sean for the valuation, so professional and knowledgeable about the local housing market, to the photos he brought with him of the property I had for sale. Ellie in the office to Carolyn that saw the sale through to its conclusion, and so many more, have been so incredibly supportive and informative. Phone calls emails all communication was excellent. It was a very emotional journey for me selling my mums home it was made much easier with the wonderful support of Starking and Watson staff.

Our experience buying through starkings has been pretty good, keeping us up to date regularly, they helped with the smooth transition, and even a little gift to personalise the experience abit more.
The only fault we have is that we felt alot of pressure to formalise an offer, as first time buyers we wanted to ensure we could afford such a commitment before we pressed ahead, After that we couldn't fault them at all.

Sarah has been absolutely amazing through the whole process from purchasing to completion and I really don’t think I can put in to words how amazing she is. Professional to the core, gets the job done and has so much empathy. Sarah has been my calm throughout this whole process and I can’t thank her enough. She’s an absolute credit to the company.

Steve and Jake at the Diss office have been consistent in their support of my aim to buy a property that meets my needs. They are patient, considerate and well informed.

The key thing in any major purchase or transaction is regular and accurate communication. Starkings & Watson nailed that whilst handling my recent property purchase. The process was unexpectedly protracted but their service delivery was always professional [name drop for Will and Liz here especially], updating when appropriate, providing clarity, good advice and judgement that kept things running smoothly. And a really small but vital thing...they always called back! Impressive.

We had a good experience with buying our first home with through Starkings. Martin from Bungay was friendly and approachable when viewing potential homes - informative where possible and willingly open to find the answers. Further down the chain we ended up working with Will from Diss. Will kept us up to-date with our progress weekly and more so if required - email and phone calls. Everyone in the Bungay office were lovely and welcoming when we popped in.

We viewed the bungalow we are buying and Harry as always was very helpful and just a really nice friendly person with a great sense of humour
