Great experience selling with Starkings. From accepting the offer to moving only took 10 weeks. Rosie was amazing throughout, supported me every step of the way and made the whole thing so much easier.
I probably gave Rosie more reasons to need a glass of wine than she'd normally have liked, but I really appreciate everything she did to help get us moved.
I never want to move again, but if I did, I'd definitely want Rosie progressing my sale again!
Thank you to everyone else in the team too. Whenever I called, everyone was always so friendly and helpful.

As the purchaser Starkings & Watson have been easy and efficient to deal with. Zack was patient during our viewings and Caroline provided informed weekly updates so I never had to chase for information. They also provided a list of recommended solicitors which helped me progress with the sale.

The staff at the Brundall office were professional helpful supportive and knowledgeable from the very start meeting Chris l felt our property was in safe hands and then working with James Sam and Sarah. Nothing was too much trouble everything possible was done to help sell our property refreshing photos keeping us updated on ideas to help, giving us feedback guidance and regular check ins. The staff were a great support and l have no doubt they all worked extremely hard to help sell our property and Sarah’s expertise and experience helped the sale run smoothly with Solicitors keeping us informed every step of the way. Starkings & Watson, Brundall Office, were instructed to market a property for sale on behalf of our client, whom we manage their property and financial affairs under the authority of a deputy order.

From first contact with Starkings & Watson I was impressed with their level of communication and professionalism. Everyone concerned worked tirelessly, and provided us with transparent, clear and concise updates throughout the whole process.

The property in question had been marketed for sale with an alternative estate agents for 5 months, and following transition from them to Starkings & Watson estate agents they managed to secure a sale within a 2 1/2 week period.

Their level of service and communication has been exemplary. I regularly deal with estate agents within my line of work and would highly recommend Starkings & Watson.

Rosie in Poringland made what is normally known as one of the most stressful things to have to go through, a whole lot less stressful . She kept in contact with updates for us the whole way through with a positive attitude, even with the hurdles we faced. She enabled us along with our great solicitor at EG Law to be completed in 2 months!

Rosie Turley was great.
It was a very interesting sale as tenant had been in for 17 years.
Also had the problem of foreign funds and a very sloooowwwww solicitor on the other side.

I recently bought my bungalow through the Norwich Costessey branch of starkings and watson, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience.

A huge thank you to Millie and Samuel, who were fantastic from the very beginning. They were always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful during viewings, answering every question I had and never making me feel like I was asking too much. They genuinely went above and beyond, and it was an absolute pleasure dealing with them throughout the process.

An especially big thank you to Janet, our sales progressor. I genuinely couldn't have got through this process without her. She kept me informed every step of the way, often providing multiple updates in a single day, which gave me real peace of mind. Whenever I felt like I was constantly chasing solicitors, Janet took that pressure away by following everything up on my behalf and keeping everything moving. Knowing she was handling my purchase made the whole experience so much less stressful, and I always felt confident that everything was in safe hands.

The experience selling the property from start to finish was simply first class, from the initial meeting the staff on site for the initial photograph's, and the follow up at every stage after a viewing was excellent.
I dealt with both Jake and Steve and found them both very professional through the whole process.

From the very beginning I told Steve in the Diss branch I was going to buy my home and he said he would do everything in his power to make it happen, he went above and beyond to make it easy ,excellent communication lovely man who I instantly felt at ease with.
I also had a chap called Jake help me with information when Steve wasn't available both lovely compassionate men as I've recently lost my husband
