What an awful company to deal with.
No such thing as customer service with these amateurs.
Purchased shocks that were not suited to my vehicle despite advertised as so.
Every bump in the road made a clanging sound as if the shocks were loose. I paid for a garage to refit them and check them over but no change.
Contacted the Stance and returned the shocks for testing.
In the meantime I purchased a different set as of course can’t drive without.
They told me nothing wrong with the shocks.
I wanted a refund but they wouldn’t budge even though legally I was entitled.
In the end they sent me a new set. Which I had to sell on.
They arrive, no C-spanner, told I have to buy separately. Didn’t have to on initial purchase so this was false information.
I sent back the c-spanner with the old set plus the top mounts which I paid for separately.
So they sent back my old shocks but still no spanner.
Eventually after weeks of being ignored on and off I managed to speak to a women over the phone. Rude is an understatement.
She snapped at me saying ‘well I’ll just send you a spanner because I’m just not going to argue over it’, who was arguing. Not me. One arrived but I was actually owed two as I now have two sets of shocks I have to sell.
Back in contact again, still weeks go by and I’m being told I’ve received it.
I explain the whole thing over and they say they will send another. It never arrived.
I then emailed a couple of times asking for their complaint department information and was completely ignored.
Incredibly rude staff and very disappointing service all round.
