I had a problem with my ABS light was flashing on then going off my car was pulling up and I had no idea what the problem was couldn't really drive it. I gave
S and S Motors A call and they got me in straight away put on the diagnostic s and found the problem straight away .recommended that my discs and pads needed doing to. They offered me a curtsey car while mine was being done . very reasonable and got me back on the rd next day, Paul and his team are very efficient and do a great job

🚨 Please Help – Seeking Justice and Information 🚨

I’m reaching out because I’ve been fighting for justice for almost eight months, and I’m devastated.

I bought a car from a salesman, SHAHZAD MANSHA, who later admitted the car was faulty. He signed a written statement of intent to collect the car and return my money — I even recorded it. But instead of doing the right thing, he blocked me, closed his business in Ruislip, and disappeared. Now he's somewhere in HAYES
He is registered as SS MOTORS, BILLA MOTORS and SI USED CARS TRADER LTD.

I’ve followed every legal step but I haven’t received my money back.

I’m sharing this because I don’t want anyone else to go through the same nightmare.
If anyone has any information about this man or his current whereabouts, please pass all details to help stop him from scamming anyone else.

Have been using SS Motors Fuels for the pasr twenty years.Had a ring door bell fitted recently and their engineer spent less than eighteen minutes on site to service the boiler,five of which was filling out invoice in van.Talk about speedy service!
Since his visit I have had to keep boiler on for four hours(1.5 before) to get enough hot water for a bath.
Absolutely no concern from the office.
Seriously unhappy.

This company accessed our property without permission and delivered oil that we had not ordered whilst we were away They overcame a locked and fenced area to access the oil tank by using a stepladder. Unbelievable and irresponsible. We have never used this supplier and would advise anyone thinking about using them to reconsider Unprofessional and not comprehending what their driver did and how upset we are that our locked facilities were accessed without permission.

It seems that SS Motors don't really want any more work! I called them to ask them to service my boiler. They advised it woud cost £85... so far so good! THEN they asked for £250 in cash upfront before they came out!!!!!! I asked why for a £85 job they needed 3 times that much, replied in case we need parts. I don't expect parts to be free but I also don't expect my leg to be lifted either. Bizarre behaviour- suggest others avoid this company since it looks as it sharp practice is involved here.

Boiler broke down this morning within 4 hours the breakdown engineer had been new fuel pump fitted such a relief i cannot fault this company.

Best company for fuel delivery. Very competitive price, always super fast delivery. Friendly drivers and top communication from the office. Best company I used in years and I used alot of different ones. Thank you

I had SS Motors servicing my boiler for 5 years. They seemed to be treating me ok and I had a contract plan with them.

Due to covid they were delayed in servicing my boiler that was usually carried out in September/October….not a problem. However, my boiler decided to give up in January and needed to call them out. They were quick, got me going again by completing half of a service and booked me in to completed my usual service. They then came out and completed the service in less than a week. Brilliant! Then…..my boiler gave up again. The guy fitted a new nozzle (again), cleaned it out and hey presto…..up and running again.

I then received invoices for two inflated invoices on top of my standard service invoice. When I questioned these bills, they said “we don’t charge a break down fee for contract customers, just a higher rate for the first half an hour”. On their invoice it clearly states it is a call out charge. Anyway….I didn’t argue, I just paid the invoices even though I paid for virtually the same work to be carried out 3 times.

Then….my boiler gave up again (4th time now). I called a local guy this time who got it going. It turned out that the tank filter was never changed, the nozzle was incorrect and the setup was out by a country mile causing it to soot up and fail to fire up. As I was that embarrassed to be ripped off by SS Motors, I decided to undertake an OFTEC qualification to maintain my own boiler. No issues to date.

Did not choose SS Motors thet were thrust upon us by Boilerjuice. Thank goodness they were. Very courteous tanker driver. He was polite and professional at all times. Because of this service, we are now SS Motors customers. Well done.

Have recently moved to the area. Had them out on a couple of boiler emergencies when first purchased our house.
This week we topped up our oil. What fantastic service we had in this very trying time’s. Phoned Wednesday late morning. Delivered late morning 48 hours later at an excellent price.
Phone is always answered promptly and politely.

ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL DISGUTING RUDE COMPANY!!!
THEIR INCOMPETENCE COULD HAVE BURNT OUR HOUSE DOWN!!! AVOID AT ALL COST.
These idots came and serviced our boiler only 6 months ago.
I have been very poorly since then so nobody has been in the garage.
Went in there today and noticed a massive puddle of oil on the floor under the boiler, it has soaked into the concrete and completely ruined the slab.
Called these jokers to come out and have a look and they wanted to charge me £65??!!!!
Woman on the phone was rude and abusive simply started reading from a script due to the sheer amount of complaints they obviously receive.
Asked me why I didnt notice or smell the leak in the 4 week warranty period and said anyone could have messed with the boiler since they had been??!!!
I DONT EXPECT TO HAVE TO CHECK THE WORK OF A "PROFESSIONAL COMPANY" AND WHY WOULD I PAY ANYONE ELSE TO TOUCH THE BOILER WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF THEIR VISIT?!
Took the cover off the boiler and the new pipe fitted only 6 months ago was leaking at BOTH ends!!!
Cheap crappy part fitted badly. Obviously carry out shoddy work to then charge entra for revisits!!
THEY ARENT BOTHERED AND JUST MAKE EXCUSES AND LIE. ACCUSED ME OF WANTING TO THROW HEATING OIL ON THEIR EMPLOYEE???!!
I SIMPLY ASKED THE RUDE WOMAN HOW WOULD SHE LIKE IT IF I SOAKED HER GARAGE IN OIL AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!!

Had a quote for some boiler repair work. Accepted quote and heard nothing. Phoned on 22nd December and was told that they couldn't tell me when they would do the work and that they would phone me in the New Year with a date. By 7th January I got fed up, cancelled them and had someone else do it (in 5 days for less). Was sent a invoice for 'Engineers time" for £60 to cover a 'restocking charge' for items they say they ordered - no proof of which was ever sent. Wrote to complain and received a letter back from the director Peter Munns stating 'you only gave us 9 working days to book the work in which I think is unreasonable' and 'at no point in the process or indeed on any of the paperwork that you signed does it say that the work would be carried out within a certain period of time' So if you are unreasonable enough to expect to want to know when a company might actually get round to doing what they say they will (presumably this takes considerably longer than 9 days...), and want to be charged when you eventually get fed up with them and go elsewhere, then this is the company for you. I won't be using SS Motor (Fuels) or recommending them. I paid the £60 because if they're this unreasonable they probably use some hideous debt collection agency and life is too short.
