Been a long standing business customer of rix for many years however we were due a delivery today at the latest and just received a text saying it’s now rescheduled to Friday , after a phone call to the market Drayton office expressing we are out of fuel and is there any way it can be delivered tomorrow we were met back with the attitude of they couldn’t care less and delivery is Friday 🤷‍♂️ it will be the last delivery now and will move suppliers very annoying to say the least after years of loyalty to them

I would like to thank Rix, for repairing our oil boiler. Fantastic prompt response, the engineer Tom Worrall was polite, and efficient. First class service from everyone at Rix.

Paid a premium for urgent delivery on Friday, but it was a no-show. No communication until Monday, and then it was pushed to five days later! Canceled right away and won't return.

Been promised to deliver by day 10 from ordering. 11th day today, still not been delivered. Used Rix for the last 2 years, but will think again before ordering next time. Tank is running really low, won’t be surprised if it runs out before they deliver

Just ordered heating oil and have to say that whether I speak to Montrose or Grangemouth the cusromer service team is always super friendly and helpful.

I don't often post reviews but very deserving in this case.

Did not deliver when they said, also did not charge the correct amount.

Do not use, you have been warned!

Been using Rix since we started with oil heating for over 5 years. Yes they're not the cheapest around but they always deliver, always on time, always ring about an hour in advance. "A" class service every time. Customer service is always on point.

Same as others after an oil boiler service I felt like the engineer was obnoxious and judging me - made me feel like a silly women and I didn’t know any better. The service wasn’t done correctly and was followed up by poor customer service asking for immediate payment. Never again!
