The consultant was late coming to the appointment. Felt very rushed and hadn’t read my notes. Told me nothing I didn’t already know . I was told I would be sent a cholesterol information sheet which I never received.

Therapy on the app
This is the second year that I have utilised my six free therapy sessions for mental health on my app. It’s easy to schedule and book an appointment and I was fortunate to be able to book the same therapist that I had last year. Monika has really understood me and she has supported me already in a short space of time. The therapists are very qualified, professional as well as warm and empathetic. I’m really pleased with this service.

Usually very helpful but my last experience was very lacking. Basically got told to go to A&E with no referral or documentation for a suspected kidney stone.

Physio appointment
Booking an appointment with the physio was really easy and free of charge 🙂. The lady I had appointment with listened really carefully what I got to say and she explained what I can try to do to improve my condition. Only downside in my point of view is: to me seemed like the physio I had an appointment with was in a bit of rush to finish the conversation and other think is when she send me the plan she forgot to mention how many sets, how many reps and how many times I need to do them exercises. Everything was just number 1. 1 set 1 rep 1 time which doesn’t make sense and worst think is there is a no way to contact them unless is time for your next appointment

We’re sorry, however, that the consultation felt hurried towards the end and that the exercise plan didn’t include clear instructions about the number of repetitions, sets or how often each exercise should be completed. We understand why receiving default figures of one throughout the plan would be confusing and make it difficult to follow safely.

Efficient and convenient digital consultation
I made an appointment of digital GP via HSBC Premier which partnered with Square Health. It is such convenient and effective arrangement in particular on Sunday when it is difficult to find a GP. The consultation is conducted by an experienced GP, via a consultation link where I met the GP face-to-face. The experience is comfortable when the GP listened to my health problems and symptoms, provided his advice and prescribed me medication to suit my need.

This was very positive
This was very positive, made this appointment when I couldn’t get one soon enough with my own GP. I had a text reminder, I had space to fully explain my symptoms and provide photos, I had a reminder before the appointment and a very useful video consultation with an actual doctor.
