Square health got straight to the point and wrote me a referral with ease, whilst I'm still awaiting for my consultant at my hospital to give me one. The doctor at square health gave me one in five minutes...

No follow up. Just silence

I had my mental health consultation then received no follow up whatsoever. I didn't get an email or any kind of contact to let me know the next steps so I was left confused and quite let down to be honest. I have no idea how to book any sessions on the AVIVA app, all I can do is book another consultation. I would not recommend this service.

understanding my eating habits more

Katy is brilliant, talking me through alternative foods, the benefits of these and breaking this down into managable changes. Even sharing recipes and how to look for better foods when shopping. Brilliant experience and helped me controll my eating.

Quick, Easy, and the Doctor Actually Listened

I used the Aviva Workplace remote GP service, provided by Square Health, and I have to say I was impressed and happy with the entire experience.

I booked an appointment and was seen the same day, within just a few hours. No long waits or messing around, which made a real difference when I needed to speak to someone quickly.

The appointment itself was over the phone and was simple and straightforward to set up. No technical issues, no confusing steps, just an easy process from start to finish.

The doctor was excellent too. Very Patient and a good listener. He was supportive throughout and never once disregarded any of the points or symptoms, which made me feel properly heard and cared for.

Overall, a smooth and helpful experience. It is reassuring to know this service is there when you need quick access to a GP. Would definitely recommend.

10mm dia sample tube, 60mm long label

I have a 10mm sample tube, and a label which is 60mm long. Obviously half of the label (ref number, name) will be obscured. The sample tube is tiny with no room to write anything on it. If I leave the bar code visible will the lab process it or reject it

High quality service

I got an appointment on the same day and the GP was incredibly helpful and much better than my local one. The booking system is very easy to navigate and I’ve always had very good quality consultations with this company

A valuable tool in our healthcare arsenal

I used this service from the comfort of my own home to find out what a particular health issue I’d tolerated for a couple of years might be. I selected a doctor from a list that was offered, and I wrote a brief description of my problem for him to read before we began the video call.

The system worked really well and after a few quick questions the doctor gave me a diagnosis. I looked it up afterwards on the internet, and I could tell immediately that he was absolutely right.

With that in mind I saw my NHS GP who confirmed the diagnosis. Unfortunately there was going to be a 12 month wait for surgery on the NHS, so I sought private healthcare and had the operation last week.

I’m so pleased I took advantage of the video doctor service, and can unreservedly recommend it to anyone in a situation like mine.

Blood test results were easy enough to…

Blood test results were easy enough to understand. Booking a phone appointment was easy once you’d worked out the time input section. GP was late dialling in and didn’t really add any value. They simply referred me to my own GP - so a bit pointless.

The nutritionist was not considering my…

The nutritionist was not considering my condition, she was giving me a general support instead of helping me create a balanced diet for me. Also, I've never gotten the report which she said would be available for me on the app. When I contacted aviva they didn't helped me either

I've had mixed experiences with…

I've had mixed experiences with SquareHealth, but mostly positive. I've had GP appointments, nutritrionist and counselling appointments on there and mostly they'll all been very helpful. Would recommend anyone to give it a go.
