I ordered a left-handed adult batter, leg guard.
I received a right handed hitter, leg guard, and the box is completely smashed. It was put in a Mylar bag and it’s a gift for my son. I feel embarrassed to wrap this and give this to him as a present if it was even the right side but it’s not. It’s I ordered a left, handed hitter and got a right handed hitter this is very disappointing.

The wooden handle piece is broken off the seat when unboxed. Return instructions inside box states customer pays shipping both ways for replacement. Was supposed to be a Black Friday deal so I guess I’m stuck, I will not be recommending this company.
Update: customer service responded stating item is metal and canvas. Emailed pictures of broken wood handle for review.

Everything ok
Everything ok, except between the moment I pay and the moment you ship the products, there is no status of the order and you page does not work. So it was 3 days without knowing the status of the order. With all fake pages and hackers we thought we were scammed. If you can improve that will be great!!!
