What can I say, the guys at Sportsman Gun Centre are a great bunch, they have always gone out of the way to help, from cleaning equipment, ammunition, to advise on scopes and rifles. All the people (so called customers) who whine about the service, should probably go and shop somewhere else, and then you will be able to compare, otherwise, wind your necks in and stop bitchin.

Well what can I say had outstanding service from sportsman gun centre with a vast product range at reasonably priced goods and fast door to door shipping was an absolute pleasure doing business with many thanks to all at sportsman gun centre 🙏

The most horrific experience in gun servicing. Since the SGC are the sole importer of FX airguns I was somewhat limited to go elsewhere for a simple warrantee issue. What I got back was a very badly damaged gun. The gun had obviously taken serious damage and they had the cheek to try and charge me for the rectification work, absolutely disgusting. The experience didn't stop there however, as anybody knows who has dealt with them, they have no concept of customer service. Due to this appalling experience there is no way I would ever purchase anything from them again. Look elsewhere there are plenty of alternative suppliers.

I'm writing this review because I've found that in the majority, the services supplied by so called 'reputable' net businesses is generally poor at best. However in the case (no pun intended) of SGC I was stunned and let me be honest, as a 59 year old cynical bu**er I am not easily impressed. Firstly I ordered an ATA shotgun case from them as it was one of the few places that really had it in stock (I called to check). Some places were advertising they had it but didn't really!
The transaction was completed easily on line with a projected delivery date of around a week. However after 24 hrs I still hadn't received confirmation of order so I gave them a call. Emma at SGC was very helpful and apologetic and sent all the relevant info to me including a tracking number via email in seconds - I got it all before I got off the phone! To my surprise and delight I found out that the case was being delivered the following day - less than 48 hours from point of order. I received it in good order about an hour ago and my ATA sideplate sporter fits like a hand in a glove. Based upon my experience I've now ordered some chokes and if SGC keep up such levels of service, they'll have my custom from now on.
Give them a go, I don't believe you'll regret it.

Telephoned the day before to check item was in stock - all OK. Visited the next day and spoke to Dave on arrival. Felt welcome from the off and found him very helpful. Sorted me out with exactly what I wanted and well pleased. All the staff seemed polite and cheerful and made the visit a pleasant experience.

I recently had a new rifle and scope delivered to the Newport store where Dave not only sorted all the paper work out but then fitted the scope to the rifle for me. It turns out there was a problem with one set of rings. Dave identified the problem, and solved it. Although busy, Dave went out of his way to help, offering first class customer service when he really wasn't required too. I always use sportsman's in store and online, and always get great service. Always helpful on the phone and very knowledgeable. There is no more I can add suggestion wise to make things better.

Great Service from Mike and the team on my Beretta UGB25. Returned early to me and the team were great. I think they give first class service.

I ordered two items, 1 in stock, 1 eta of 7/10 days.
The stocked item arrived, the out of stock did not, still showing the 7/10 days eta!
I have emailed and asked for an update, see part of the email below:

ETA on this from supplier is approx. 8-12 week at present.

Your website STILL show eta of 7/10 days, this is despite me emails advising you that the eta is incorrect.

You seem interested in taking orders under false pretences. There is a good chance I would have ordered both items elsewhere and had my items delivered.

My first order from you, based on decent reviews.
This review is not a good one, better than you deserve.

After reading your reply, there is nothing new there. I have just checked and the more realistic due date is now showing. Hopefully you have updated across the range.

Ive ordered a few items from this company now,,there prices are fair,but there service is top class,very quick,well done sportsman gun centre,,,,thankyou.

When i am looking for something i do check SGC to see if they have it in as you do get good service i ordered this no 100143192 on Sunday emailed me yesterday and here this morning great service Thank you

Excellent service from SGC, Tom in particular went that extra distance on my behalf last September (2021) in assisting my purchase of an FX Impact M3 in very prompt order despite the serious shipping difficulties being encountered and again yesterday going and searching out a tripod head to visually inspect and dismantle to ensure it was compatible for my set up.

Up to date Order number 100141701. Some items were on back order but an email was sent explaining. Returned a couple of items which I ordered incorrectly but it was hassle free . Definitely a company to deal with for shooting accessories
