My daughter's prom was still a few weeks away so ee stillhad time to get it alteredas it was too long. In the end, the dress was beautiful.

There's nothing on their site stating that you will have to wait a month and a half for your dress to arrive. They act as though everything is in stock. I received an email saying the dress would arrive the next week after my transaction was complete. Instead, I was left to call several times to confirm where exactly the dress was. Warning--no one returns your calls either!

Very Disappointing Experience!!!
I placed my order on 26 April 2026 and received confirmation the same day, with a stated delivery time of up to 25 business days.
Over the following weeks, I sent multiple emails, website messages, and text messages requesting an update, but received no response whatsoever. Only after more than 30 business days had passed did the company finally contact me to advise that the order had been delayed and would not arrive before July.
The dress was ordered for my daughter's prom, which means it will arrive at least two weeks after the event. Had we been informed of the delay earlier, we could have purchased an alternative dress elsewhere. Instead, we were left waiting without any communication and have now lost precious time to find another suitable option.
The delay itself is disappointing, but the complete lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable. What should have been an exciting occasion for my daughter has turned into a stressful and frustrating experience.
I am now requesting a full and immediate refund of the amount paid. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I spoke to the shop owner before I placed my owner. He was so helpful and polite. He reassured me I would receive my dress on time to be altered and he was exactly right. The dress was in PERFECT condition, shipping was timely. Would highly recommend Madame Bridal - their prices are more affordable and their service is second to none. 5 stars!!

i placed an order on Saturday May 2 for a first communion dress needed on May 9 - Friday May 8 would be 5 business days. i paid 70$ for 5 day shipping. i did not receive the dress until may 11. i’ve asked to return the dress and they keep sending me their return policy - rather than using their words. Terrible customer service - do not buy anything from this company!!They refuse to refund me!!

I had a situation where I had paid for a mother of the bride gown and it was never received at my home and once I spoke to Brad Simon about what had taken place with my order his first response was I will refund your money back to you just let me see what happened with the order. Sure, enough this kind man did just what he said he would do; this is the way business should be handled, and I will recommend this bridal company to everyone I know from now on. Wrong color
I ordered my dress in navy blue. They proceed to email me saying that the color is discontinued. So why is it still up on the website. They tell me I can pick between deep red, emerald, or gold/champagne. I pick deep red, they confirm that they changed my dress to deep red. Fast forward I receive my dress and it’s not the color I asked for. They sent me emerald green which wasn’t the color I switched to AFTER telling me the navy blue wasn’t available. I’m extremely frustrated as they sent me what they wanted and not what I wanted 2 weeks before my event. Wouldn’t recommend.
