I received great service from Brian…
I received great service from Brian today. I collected the car on Monday, and for the past two days it wasn’t linked to the Uber app. It may have been a technical issue. Brian made several calls to people within Splend and kept me informed to get the issue resolved.
I was really frustrated with the time it took for Splend to fix this problem, but Brian was very patient with me. He listened to my concerns, understood the issue clearly, and got it resolved.
If this hadn’t been sorted, I was going to return the car—but thanks to Brian, he has retained a customer for Splend.

Today,i had an appointment to change my tyre with kwick fit.but splend didnot approve it.i am sharing pic of my tyre ,think twice to get a car from them.my tyre condition is not perfect to go for long trip but they didnot change it today,refused it saying it fulfil the standard requirement .

We’ve looked into this, but based on the name provided we’re not 100% certain we’ve matched this to the correct account. If you’d like us to investigate this fully, please get in touch so we can confirm your details.
From what we can see, there is no record of Kwik Fit contacting us to request approval for a tyre replacement. Where tyres are below the required threshold, we do approve replacements - this is based on confirmed tread depth, with replacements carried out when tyres reach below 2mm.
The vehicle we believe this may relate to is fitted with premium tyres, which typically last around 20,000 to 30,000 miles. Based on the mileage referenced (around 9,000 miles), it would be unlikely for the tyre to have reached the replacement threshold at that stage.
It’s possible Kwik Fit assessed the tyre and determined it had not yet reached the point for replacement under the agreement, which would explain why no authorisation request was submitted to us.
If you have photos of the tyre or would like us to review this further, please share them with us and we’ll be happy to take a closer look.

I contacted splend enquiring about getting a vehicle for work. From day one, they explained everything and made it possible to have a replacement vehicle until I got the right one.
