The kids splash shorts are excellent for those with continence issues. They fit under my son’s swim shorts discretely and really do work. My son is now able to enjoy weekly swim lessons and has had loads of fun at the beach this summer. I couldn’t recommend the actual product highly enough!

The only downside is that the sizing is way off. The website calculator didn’t work for me so I contacted customer services. They replied to my email within a couple of minutes and sent a different sizing calculator and sizing recommendation. The suggested size seemed off though, so I ordered two sizes and returned one at my cost.

If they can get the sizing issue right, this company would be second to none.

I had issues with the mat I bought being marked. I contacted the team and they responded immediately and sent out a new mat free of charge. I was very happy with the service.

I was so impressed by the thoughtful customer service when my duo nappy order wasn’t quite the right fit for my toddler. Sarah responded promptly and kindly, arranging a replacement pair that arrived within just a couple of days. Thank you so much again for all your help.

I have used Splash About for everything swim related since my kids were babies! The Happy Nappy Duos have been SO helpful when my two were learning to swim as the classes wanted a 'double nappy' and I had no idea what that was - was so pleased when I found this brand.

Ordered from them on Monday, items arrived by Wednesday & after realizing one item was too small (big child, not a sizing issue of the product) we called to explain and had the item swapped out within 48 hours, cannot fault the service & would highly recommend them!

You have to pay for returns! I ordered a swim vest from them and realised moments after that I in fact wanted the swim jacket instead (same picture) so immediately emailed asking if I could cancel or swap. Received an email a short time later saying they’re unable to make amendments or cancelations once the order is placed (it does say on the website but is hidden away in FAQ). Item arrived and when I filled in the form, I realised that you’re responsible for the cost of returning the item. So irritating. The sizing is also very off. We have two other items of theirs that come up about 2 sizes smaller than stated.

Sizing is very misleading and customer service unhelpful. My 8 month old daughter is currently wearing a size 2-3 year Happy Nappy despite being an average size baby. Compared size 6-12 months and 1-2 years Happy Nappy and there was no difference in size. Was told by customer service that ‘maybe my baby just has big thighs’ and there was nothing they could do.

I bought the Shorty Wetsuit, Snippets Toy and Quick-Drying Towel after loving the quality of the Happy Nappy and Warm-In-One in the past.

My son loves wearing the Wetsuit. He's 3 and size 2-4 fits him lovely. It's super comfortable, the Playful Otter design is adorable and the front zip makes it really easy to get on and off.

He's lovingly named his Snippets Whaley and Sting, and we've spent the last few swim sessions practising his kicky legs to get them.

The towel is super absorbent and folds down really small, so it'll fit perfectly in my beach bag on our holiday.

Delivery was quick, will definitely order again.

The Adult Sail goggles just don't do their job. I haven't been able to swim one length with mine without them leaking.
Complete waste of money. Pay a bit more and get a pair which works from another company.

Refused to replace a faulty product. Looked for a reason to blame us and then just said they don’t believe it is a manufacturing fault when they couldn’t find one…

Excellent quality swimwear! Bought a wetsuit for my son and it is cosy & easy to put on and remove without any hassle. There is a velcro strip at the back which makes it really simple to get arms in and out. Would definitely recommend!

The products are excellent, quality and price. The customer service I received from Gemma was outstanding, she couldn’t have been more helpful and efficient.

They went above and beyond to help me with a custom order, I haven’t received such good customer service in years. They very much have a ‘can do’ approach and that’s rare these days.

I bought a swim float vest for my little one after being happy with Splash About's Happy Nappy products for my little boy. He's not particularly big but at 16 months the age 1-2 float suit is still too big for him, which is a shame for our holiday next week! That said, the products seem good quality and they have some lovely designs - although it's such a shame they have gendered their products so much. I bought my son a design that was categorised as for girls and I do wish there had been more gender neutral designs and colours to choose from. #reviewsforchange

Ordered a happy nappy wetsuit in size 6-14 months in advance to take my little one swimming. However a few months later when trying it on it no longer fit my 9 month old (they do come up small)! Emailed customer services who agreed to a replacement since the item was unused and with tags on, bearing in mind I was well out of the 30 days return period. Yes I had to pay the return postage but they sent out the bigger size for free, which was better than me wasting £20 odd on a wetsuit that didn’t fit. Found them to be helpful, fast and efficient in answering my query. The wetsuits themselves are lovely and really well made, just size up!

In this day and age in my opinion it is quite a poor customer experience when a customer is required to cover a return cost. That is even more so when it is caused by the unclear product descriptions on the Splash About website. I will be looking for alternative brands in the future who provide a better customer experience.

We had a small manufacturing defect appear with our UV Float suit. The stitching in the back was not locked and came loose making a hole at the base of the zip.
I contacted Splashabout to say how disappointed I was, since the Floatsuit was only a few uses old.
They were very prompt at replying and dealing with the problem. There was no hesitancy in offering a refund or replacement and their customer services were very kind and courteous.
I wouldn't hesitate to buy more of their products knowing that they are backed by such quality after care.

Very very poor customer service. Extremely rude. AVOID ordering from their website directly.
