Absolutely disgusting
Absolutely disgusting, I have over 70 deposits with the minimum being 50eu up to my biggest 400eu, majority around 100eu. I had not won any money for all those deposits, usually it’s just a rinse from deposit amount to 0 balance within minutes with an average RTP of 20% across all their slots. Maybe I am just unlucky. However, this casino constantly declines my deposits whereas all other casinos accept them first time with no issues. Recently I had a 50 eu deposit and I made it to 200 eu, which is probably the only time I have even been more than 20 eu above my original deposit starting balance on this site, I decided I am gonna withdraw verification process the most lengthy and absurd verification process I have ever had to go through in a casino just to have the withdraw on pending for more than a week after all that was done and I had no problem cancelling it and losing the money, not a big deal. All I have ever gotten as a compensation from this casino is free spins on the absolute minimum bet of course 5 cents or something like that for over the 5k+ euros I have deposited. I do not recommend it to anyone, tons of other casinos who have just as much games as them and let you withdraw your money without making it an absolute hassle the one time out of 50 that you even get to win.

Nur 4 Sterne weil einige meiner Lieblingsspiele fehlen. Spieleauswahl ist aber groß.
An einem Samstag habe ich 99 Euro eingezahlt. Viele Spiele probiert, mal kleine und mal mittlere Einsätze. Bei Kontostand von 225€ Auszahlung beantragt. Spiniameldung: Verifizierung erforderlich. Die gewünschten Dokumente konnte ich sofort senden, da in 'Mein Konto' transparent aufgeführt ist, was alles benötigt wird.
10 Minuten später war die Verifizierung erfolgreich durchgeführt und die Auszahlung veranlasst. Am Montag war das Geld auf meinem Girokonto.

I have only positive things to say about them .

Till I requested a couple of withdrawals at Spinia casino after I fully verified my account first . My withdrawals are still on pending mode and the support is telling me that will be send soon but after many days and emails and chats nothing happened .first time something like this happening to me and I start having doubts about Spinia . I feel they are not willing to pay , maybe is a big amount to them .I contacted today the Mga and forwarded the case .I hope I get my funds soon or I have to take further legal actions . Maar wanneer je een keer wint en je wil uitcashen dan geven ze je helemaal niets terug ze maken je psychisch gek zodat je het opgeeft documenten dit documenten dat ze geven andere tijdstippen met dezelfde dagen dan hebben ze een reden om niet uitbetalen. Do not gamble on this casino...People think the house cant rig the site to collect profits, they can and this site never changes to pay out..never offer free spins/rake back for heavy losses. This is the casino that made me stop gambling, they are true pieces of crap. I know many people reported them to the Malta licensing commision so I hope they get closed down soon

Unable to withdraw
Just as for almost everyone else here - it's impossible to withdraw. They keep asking for all sorts of documents but in reality, it was a simple transaction back to the card that I deposited from. Bad experience in general, I never usually give 1 star but their customer support was just awful.

Spinia betaald moeilijk uit
Spinia is er alleen maar om jou te laten verliezen. Je kunt alleen bedragen boven de 500 euro uitbetalen. Ik heb 700 euro gestort om voor 200 euro te gokken. Toen ik 200 euro had vergokt kon ik mijn eigen 500 euro niet laten uitbetalen. Het gestorte bedrag moest 3 keer rondgespeeld worden. Dus voor 2100 euro inzetten. Meestal is het geld dan al op of minder dan 500 euro en kun je dus niet laten uitbetalen.
