Spinia is a very good casino, I only had good experience with it and I still do. I had no issues my withdrawals, my bonuses, etc. My VIP manager Ilona is amazing, always quick to answer me, cares about the player, ready to solve anything. It's a scam!!! They steal money...
I deposited last couple of months more then 4000 euros. Last month i have been scammed in this casino.
If you for example deposit €200. First they give you €100. Then they give you only dead spins so you lose more and more money. Then when you deposit €200 and go to aviator, you only get 1.05x - 1.14x - 1,2x in a row and that's fast that you don't even can cash out. NEVER PLAY THIS CASINO ANYMORE.

Terrible support, and SCAM feeling
Terrible support, complete SCAM, don't give them a cent. I made a deposit, several minutes later my account got disabled, without any explanation, without making a single bet, just disabled. already 2 days they are saying they are investigating my case, but not providing any time frame to resolve, no updates and still no actual explanations.. tey just stole my deposit and I'm about to file everything with chat transcripts, ticketing emails, proof of payment for the deposit and screenshots to the Malta gambling regulators, hopefully they fine them at least!! Again don't deposit in spinia!!!

my experience with this casino is terrible .Derogatory verification process sending documents that i don't need for anything. I couldn't withdraw my winnings 3 times they do everything not to withdraw your money. Imagine there is no withdrawal of winnings to the VISA card you deposited with.they make the process of withdrawing your winnings more difficult, they endlessly make up excuses not to pay you out of your money.they gave me reasons for not paying out that my bank is not blocking transfers I went to the bank The bank doesn't know anything about it and there was no sign that they tried to transfer anything to my account at all

Absolutely disgusting, I have over 70 deposits with the minimum being 50eu up to my biggest 400eu, majority around 100eu. I had not won any money for all those deposits, usually it’s just a rinse from deposit amount to 0 balance within minutes with an average RTP of 20% across all their slots. Maybe I am just unlucky. However, this casino constantly declines my deposits whereas all other casinos accept them first time with no issues. Recently I had a 50 eu deposit and I made it to 200 eu, which is probably the only time I have even been more than 20 eu above my original deposit starting balance on this site, I decided I am gonna withdraw verification process the most lengthy and absurd verification process I have ever had to go through in a casino just to have the withdraw on pending for more than a week after all that was done and I had no problem cancelling it and losing the money, not a big deal. All I have ever gotten as a compensation from this casino is free spins on the absolute minimum bet of course 5 cents or something like that for over the 5k+ euros I have deposited. I do not recommend it to anyone, tons of other casinos who have just as much games as them and let you withdraw your money without making it an absolute hassle the one time out of 50 that you even get to win.

An einem Samstag habe ich 99 Euro eingezahlt. Viele Spiele probiert, mal kleine und mal mittlere Einsätze. Bei Kontostand von 225€ Auszahlung beantragt. Spiniameldung: Verifizierung erforderlich. Die gewünschten Dokumente konnte ich sofort senden, da in 'Mein Konto' transparent aufgeführt ist, was alles benötigt wird.
10 Minuten später war die Verifizierung erfolgreich durchgeführt und die Auszahlung veranlasst. Am Montag war das Geld auf meinem Girokonto.
