they are scammers. I deposited 250CAD and made 500. they dont even pay, they just keep asking for documents and eventhough you provide, they ask more until they find something impossible to get. Upon verification for withdrawal, they banned me for no reason, when i ask about that they became silent. I am reporting them to the igaming Ontario so their license be revoked. I will repeat this for their other states as well make sure Canada get rid of this bloodsucker cheap scammers

Pathetic site! NEVER accept a bonus because if you win they won't only take the bonus money they gave you they will take EVERYTHING. They had the 100% match bonus. I deposited $50 and they gave $50 as a bonus. I went up and down then went up to $440. A couple days later I opened my account on the site to see all $440 had been removed and they left me with 80 cents. I contacted them. They said I didn't reach what I needed to reach in their time frame so I wasn't entitled to the money? unbelievable? so they don't just take the bonus they gave me, they take all the winnings plus my $50 original money. This is nothing short of theft! from $440 to 80 cents. Garbage site and i see why all their ratings and reviews are like this!

Spin Away clumped my $500 deposit and $500 bonus into $1000 bonus against their own rule 8.5 below during initial deposit.

8.5 Any Bonus Funds are displayed separately from any Deposit Funds in Your Player Account

I lost $52 from my initial deposit of $500 (one bet) before going to $1.1K on subsequent bets, never actually using bonus funds as bonus funds are used after you run out of your initial deposit + winnings on initial deposit.

Spin Away did not count winnings from my initial deposit towards non-bonus money. Which is outright theft based on their own rules.

I cancelled $500 bonus and lost $500 initial deposit + $616 in winnings on initial deposit without even touching bonus funds to begin with.

Spin Away refuses to give me my initial deposit of $500 and $616 winnings from initial deposit stating that I used up my initial deposit and completely ignoring winnings from initial deposit that should be counted as non-bonus money. Absolute scam and everyone should stay away from this site. Similar comments are below. They are not even smart, I am not sure what Ontario regulators are doing allowing trash like this.

Aug 2023 - After many emails back and forth, Spinaway Casino acknowledge this mistake and offered to put the money back into my account. Unfortunately, I canceled all transactions prior to this resolution. Shame, as it was a fun sight.

Same story.... won 95k for them to take it all away. they tell you after confiscation that you're allowed 5CAD max. This sight is a scam! There was no warning like other sights where if you are in a bonus structure that your maximum bet can only be (5CAD) or what ever the bet structure is and the game/ casino will limit you to tat bet until the bonus structure is cleared. This sight will let you go from $1 too $100 with no warning that you are in a bonus restriction so when you win they will take away everything you thought you won.

They are true bandits. They set a betting limit of 5 EUR for those who receive a bonus at the first deposit. However this is stated in a long regulation so that the player needs first to read a 20 page regulation before he starts playing. It could have been very simple to automatically allow only bets below 5 EUR or to inform the player through a simple message before starting playing. Thus they manage to steal 2800 EUR from me. Since I this is a common practice for them, I strongly recommend to stay away from this so called casino. If you lose, the casino wins, if you win, the casino won't pay.

First time I played with real cash at Spinaway, I lost my money. Then I won a large amount over 20k and had difficulty cashing out only because I did not have proof of my 1st deposit. After allot of searching I was able to retrieve my receipt that I deleted from my email and had all my documents verified and then within 24 hours my winnings were deposited in my bank account.

I deposited $500 without using any deposit bonus. I got up to $700 after played couple bonus buy in the game. They didn’t let me withdraw because they said I need to wager my deposit at least once. That mean I have to wager $500 in order to withdraw my money. None of the other casino do that. I played BetMGM, Fanduel, and I was able to withdraw my money anytime. I used their site for a few months. The withdrawal times are long. Because they use gigadat (wyzia) for etransfer. And I used the bonus which is a complete scam! I deposited 500, they matched 500, so I had 1000. After playing Roulette for awhile I was at $1800 but the bonus was only at 0.5% used! Which means I would have to spend about 70k more in bettering before being able to even cash it out. So I forfeit the bonus and was expecting my original $500 back since I was up. But they said real money gets used first so it's gone. Even though I was never even down more than $100! They just steal it basically. I left that site permanently. Such a scam
