Bad live chat

I dont know why so many bad reviews with this company. I won 19000 and was paid in one day. If all your document are good they have no problem with and i dont use the bonus thats the problem that many players have..

I chose the bonus of free spins from the home page twice and both times I didn't get my free spins. I chatted them and both times was told they don't see my transaction but to deposit again. They sure got the money I deposited though! I have been a long time customer of spinaway but this is really bad service. I don't like being told to keep depositing to get the bonus when I have already done this multiple times...really bad customer service!!!!

I deposited $2,500 (was given a $500 bonus) at Spin Away and played slots. I hit a nice win and ended the day up $6,003.1. My withdrawal was rejected because I allegedly violated the max $5 bet rule while the bonus was active (per clause 30.3 in their T&Cs).
They confiscated the entire $6,003.10 in winnings. As a "goodwill gesture," they returned my original deposit and reapplied the bonus—but then locked my $2,500 deposit + a $2,500 bonus to the full wagering requirements again ($150,000). Now I can't withdraw my own money after spinning roughly $35,000 on their site.
When asked for a formal complaint to submit to Igaming AGCO they threated to close down my account as they say it as a legal threat. Insane how these are allowed to operate as a licensed casino.

Unplayable.
I deposited $500 to play some live tables. Everytime I go to click on a casino live table nothing would load and website would automatically sign me out.
Requested to withdraw my funds. Have not been able to play one single game.

This casino has gone downhill.

Customer Support is Terrible. Wait times are long and the agents are unhelpful/hard to understand. You can’t remove your own credit cards. What used to take a couple minutes now takes 24 hours because the front-line staff no longer has the authority to help. Also every so often it won't let me login because it says I'm in Ontario, Canada or the USA.... I live in Alberta, Canada

I know why this casino has a 1 star rating! False advertising for one! I got an email that said 1500 plus 100 free spins, so I wasted my time signing up, only to be told I have to make a deposit first!! No where in the email did it say anything about a deposit! So I contacted customer support and they said if this was true they would fix it. So I wasted more time sending a screen shot to show them. Then they said I have to sign in and read the terms!! Edit: Surprisingly, an agent from spinaway.ca reached out to me to fix all of the issues that I spoke about like serious round of applause I've never had a team actually reach out to me when I made a complaint Shoutout to Sara and Iris they seriously knocked it out park thought they helped over email instead of in person live-chat.

Still only a 4/5 because the customer support is seriously understaffed

Takes part in Several practices that are listed as Illegal or Forbidden under AGCO and Ontario Igaming Laws:
-Constant emails saying I have a deposit bonus available but when I log in there isn't anything
-Daily spin wheel will grant you free spins which which will say "not available" when you go to the game and the support team will lie and say they expired.
-support wait queues between 2-4 hours
-I made a small $200 deposit with a 100% match bonus but the website went down for 8 hours and the bonus apparently expired at midnight it took 48 hours to approve my withdrawl even though they already had all of my information and I never had to wait that long before.

-customer service will say "we will get back to you" or "we are escalating this" and then not message you for weeks and ask the exact same questions again.

-while waiting for a withdrawl to be approved will send constant notifications that you can cancel your withdrawl to play instead of depositing more to bait you into spending more money or losing your winnings.

Definite software issues, especially but not limited to with location verification. Very frustrating to the point I don't bother with it anymore.

Not a scam as others are saying. I won $15,000 and $4500 two different times and have had 0 issue withdrawaing via e transfer in Ontario. However, they need to create an app with better user interface as I have had multiple issues with being logged out, issues confirming location and constantly reverifying my information upon login. Not the best of the online casinos, but certainly legitimate. Poor customer support.

From the first try to login, I got a block, in the chat i waited about than 15 minutes to fix my issue. They requested ID and a selfie with the ID, I didn't feel comfortable. Bad experience for me. I requested to close my account permanently.

I used to love this site and had no problems with withdrawing my wins. This last time I tried, they will not give it to me. I have tried chatting with support and they told me to contact them tomorrow three times. Then its been 'escalated' and still no results. Support people are idiots. SCAM!!
