Avoid purchasing anything from this company!!!!! Placed my order on the 5th of January .... still waiting! Oh and customer services don’t bother responding either!

Ordered on 9th of January, still not recieved.

Tracking number with Royal Mail incorrect and there is no reply to my email to customer services. not happy at all.

Placed order and told up to 10 days would take, 20 days later and still nothing received! Contacted PayPal and they haven’t had a response either. Would never use again

My case never arrived and seller doesn't answer for emails

Bought a case and a completely different case arrived, I tried emailing and texting them over whats app to make a return but I was completely ignored.

Would definitely not recommend buying of this seller

Really very poor - do not buy anything from Spectra Cases you will not receive your order. Like many others I have waited more than 5 weeks since ordering, and receiving confirmation of order. The order number on the confirmation email can not be used for tracking via the website, the reply function on the confirmation email gets rejected, Twitter have disabled their account...... they do not respond to their gmail messages Shown at the foot of the confirmation email (what legitimate company only has a gmail address???) I have logged a complaint with my bank and am awaiting a refund........ Do not buy anything from this company. Just look through theses reviews to see how many have been withdrawn because of spectra cases complaining about bad reviews...... says it all really

Ordered my case on the 9th of December and still haven’t gotten them.
Already reached out via email on the 2nd of January, but no response.

J’ai commander une coque pour IPhone le 3 Décembre 2019. Actuellement nous sommes le 23 décembre. Je n’est aucune nouvelle de ma commande j’ai envoyer déjà 2 e-mails au service clientèle de spectra cases, sans aucune réponse...
dois-je m’inquiéter ?
Le service client peut-il me répondre ?
Ou dois-je ouvrir un litige avec Paypal ?

Can't get in touch with them at all, tried calling emailing, messaging but they wouldn't get back to me. Wouldn't recommend.

Problem with my order and no way of contacting anyone. Emailed, tried calling and text twice with no response.

I ordered a air pod case on the 30th of October and still have not gotten any update or email. I tried to get ahold of them but no response.

It took about 2-3 weeks to arrive but when it did i was really satisfied. I would highly recommend. This is not a fake review but an authentic real one. The cases they have look really good. You just have to wait for some time for your product to arrive!

I still have not received my order that I purchased and I’ve sent emails that still have not been replied to, I’ve noticed other people are having the same problem and it’s ridiculous, people are paying money and being disappointed. I will have this website shut down if not sorted.

Have been using this company for a while now, wide selection of unique Cases that you can’t really find anywhere else, will be coming back for sure.

I have waited 2 months for my delivery. No contact had been sent to me from spectra cases. I am not usually one to complain however I have emailed the company twice with no reply.
