The agent was very helpful in finding us a place to store our Airstream that was close to home and very affordable. I would highly recommend using SpareFoot to help with your storage needs.

The receptionist was nice and knowledgeable. The floor in the facility was clean. But the pipes above the storage room in the basement (which I didn't really like but didn't have a choice but to take it) were loaded with dust. I mean a lot of dust. I hope it won't get on our items. We had to make 2 trips to get all our items there. But on the 2nd time we arrived a little after 6pm. The office was closed and all the carts were inside the office. That was so inconvenient as we needed to carry all our stuff to the basement. It was really exhausting. Overall, only time will determine how it's going to be and it wil depend on the condition of our items.

Made it easy to find a great price for what I was looking for.

I have used SpareFoot in the past and I like it so much I would use it in the future and I highly recommend!

The fact that I received a phone call to verify my future rental. Gaby explained the entire process of the rental. I asked several questions relating to space, security and access, to which Gaby professionally answered.

I am a return customer of the facility i was trying to reach. I asked the representative multiple times if i was speaking to the facility office and he told me twice that he managed the facility. Turns out that is absolutely not true and he was a sparefoot employee, because of his lie i missed out on a huge discount i could have had otherwise if he has told the truth. I already knew of this facility as i am a return customer and was just trying to reach their office to rent a space and your ad was not my reason for choosing this facility. Its unfair to the customer who was attempting to look up the facility phone number and was directed to yall instead. Because of this i had to pay 3 months up front and missed out on a good deal. Be truthful and DO BETTER

It was fast and simple. Communication was A1 and I feel good about my choice.

The office manager is really nice and very knowledgeable. She made me feel so welcomed and spent time trying to make sure that I had what I needed and which unit was right for what I needed it for. I would highly recommend.
