I have been with the same storage…
I have been with the same storage facility for almost 3 years now and they constantly increase the rental fee. I am now paying $254 a month for a 10x15 unit. Online you can rent down the road for $160. It is located in the furthest building from the office, and it does not have adequate air conditioning in the summer months. In addition, my building smells of cat urine which is coming from the unit next to mine. I have notified the manager, and they have fixed it for a few days and then it comes back. This is a health hazard and totally unacceptable. And now they want to charge me more. Don't rent here!! Extra Space Storage Wimauma

Went through all the online move in paperwork just for it to say at the very end that it was not submitted and I should try again when I reloaded the page I legitimately had to start all over again.

Anthony is great!
Anthony was very forthcoming and made sure I understood future rate increases, etc. The facility is brand new, and very nice. Construction is still in progress, but doesn't seem to be a problem.
