From the room, to the ladies managing the office space, to the pricing, everything was perfect. I will always utilize them in the future and will also recommend them to anyone with the need for a short-term office space. A+ all the way around.

Over the past few weeks, there has been a new community manager and they have been working on a lot of the issues at the Augustine location.
They still need a machine that can dispense hot water.

Location is great. Facilities and services can use a lot of work.
Facilities
There are so many things broken and missing at this location. The upstairs dishwasher is broken, the coffee machine downstairs was broken, the hot water dispenser does not work. Upstairs is missing signs discouraging people from taking phone calls in the hallways. So you have people roaming around the hallways talking loudly and distracting others. No signage for the handicapped bathroom stall.
Service
They now have a locked door policy for even during business hours. Tea and cups are often not restocked in the morning. Afternoon bathroom trash cans are often overflowing with used paper towels.
