Spaceslide Recensioni

A well experienced person knowledgeable about his job

Spaceslide came to my rescue when trying find a solution for fitting draws and shelves internally in a wardrobe which had previously been installed as part of a new build, turning what was a big empty space into something which could be used going forward.

They put together a solution that met my needs, fitting it a number of weeks.

I'm so please with the result.

Kept informed throughout process and delivered in good time. Fitting was excellent and the fitters were very efficient and considerate of my carpets and fittings. I am delighted with the results the wardrobe looks beautiful

We had our initial consultation with Mo, who went through the different options patienly explaining the differences between finishes and materials. Once we had decided to go ahead with our order, we had another appointment with Nimesh to take the measurements and do the final design. This took place via video call and Nimesh could not have made any easier for us. We are extremelly satisfied with the customer support offered so far and would strongly recommend SpaceSlide.

Disappointing Experience – Costly Mistakes

Received the wrong cupboards, missing rails, and an incorrect end panel. Lost a full day of joiner time (£250) and had to buy replacement rails and brackets (£100) myself. Also had to take time out to return and collect the right parts. Very frustrating and unprofessional – not what I expected. Wouldn’t recommend based on this experience.

Excellent all-round service minor imperfection with one of the mirrored doors spotted by fitter & replaced with no questions asked. We would definitely use them again. Highly recommended

All was done professionally and in friendly fashion. Good eye for details.strongly recommend.

Nimesh was a great help. He and Stef went the extra mile to check if the fittings arrived and when they didn't they sent me replacements without any hassles.

Excellent service from sales to fitting. Very informative all the way through the process. Fitting on today day was attention to detail, excellent job

Spaceslide have just completed our sliding wardrobes in the hallway and we are extremely pleased with the end result.
Sometimes it can be a little daunting going into a large showroom with so much choice but we needn't had worried as there was absolutely no hardsell and pressure to order anything.
Nimesh listened and gave good advice.
I left with plenty of samples and even went back for more of them.
When Nimesh came out to measure, his advice was great and he really made us feel that our custom was valued. He was very patient and we were not made to feel rushed.
Steve the fitter was fabulous, paying great attention to detail and Stef replied to our emails almost immediately.
I would recommend Spaceslide.... 100%.

Having some idea of what wardrobes we wanted, we visited the Sheffield showroom for some final advice. We were immediately welcomed by Andy. He was very patient and went through every detail until we were satisfied with the final design. We can’t recommend Andy enough. He was professional, friendly and certainly knew the product. Thank you so much.

Judy in Guildford put in a lot of time and effort into my design. I was back and forth trying to make up my mind on colour and designs and she was very patient and helpful. Absolutely thrilled with the result. The fitters were excellent - did a great job and it looks fabulous.

Just want to say I love my wardrobe! Nimesh was fantastic, helpful and knowledgeable. Steve the fitter did a good job in fitting in my wardrobe. Really pleased with the whole experience.

Would highly recommend Spaceslide from meeting Andy he designed two wardrobes for us was very polite, friendly and helped us with the design of two lovely wardrobes .Andy is very knowledgeable. Also when the fitters came Ben his son and Darius they were very helpful went above and beyond and did a fantastic job .left no mess at all . Will definitely use Spceslide again and definitely recommend mend . A big Thank you to all involved . June & George 🙂

Judy, who we met first in the Farnham showroom, was straightforward, clear and helpful. She did exactly what she said she would do and expedited our installation. The installation itself was seamless. Great service and would definitely recommend.

Nice service and well made product.

My new wardrobes are brilliant, exactly what I wanted. The installers were really lovely. I live very far away from any of their sites so I had a virtual design appointment with Mat and he was super helpful and designed exactly what I wanted including a custom internal layout which wasn’t on the website. I found it a bit daunting to measure up myself but the instructions were clear and it was actually really easy. Great product and service!

Excellent all round service from initial visit to the Lichfield showroom, to updates on email right up to install dates, Ordered 2 sets of wardrobes for a new build house, 1 sliding set, 1 opening panelled set - fitted separately over a two week period, of 2days and 1 day instal. Arrived on time, excellently installed and care taken around house due to recent decoration - clean and tidy after install completed and would highly recommend over other online/tv companies. No pressure when visiting showroom, samples provided and free measurement offered before ordering. Great service from start to finish. Many Thanks

A pleasure to have Ben and Charlie in our home. They treated our home with care and respect. Explained the task and answered our questions about the installation.
Everything went well and we are delighted with our new wardrobe.

Service was great but I feel the product is not what it was when I purchased my first set of sliding doors.
Quality of soft close is not the best and workmanship on doors is not what it was for the price paid.
Will be looking at alternatives next time.
