Staff here are what made this experience great. They were super helpful, showing us the spaces, and helping us work out what way best for what we needed.
Site is clean and well lit, and we feel safe leaving our things.

Easy to deal with and nice clean storage lockers

The team in Banbury have been so understanding and supportive over the last few months since I lost my husband. They eased my worries by arranging a storage unit and removal along with keeping me up to date throughout. They took the time to discuss the most suitable unit size and most cost effective payment options and when I was running late to pick up my key, Paul stayed later and greeted me with a smile. They have been compassionate and helpful throughout. Gary & Paul particularly. Thank you

Polite, friendly, helpful staff, made the introductory process easy to understand, good storage facility, good prices. SpaceStation collected, transported and removal men helped pack my items into the storage facility which was clean and well maintained. Location Wakefield, would definitely recommend.

Good parking and easy to access.

Denver and the other members of the Godalming Space Station team have been so helpful in getting my unit set up. The Happy2Move team picked up the items to be stored and put them in the unit for me. I was pleased to see how well they have been sorted in the unit and with obvious care. The access via the app is excellent and the centre is clean and bright.

Excellent storage facility and really warm friendly team. Took time to understand our needs and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Everything was very efficient and the cost was very reasonable. Thank you. A great help at a challenging time.

Recently visited Space Station at Castle Bromwhich and receivied excellent service from Chris and Ellen. They explained the process clearly, provided a tour of the facility and we were able to move forward with our requirement there and then due to the quality service provided. Whilst it was Ellen's first day in her new job and therefore getting to know new processes etc., she was very professional and courtious and we wish her well in her new role. Thank you to both Chris and Ellen for making the booking process efficient and easy.

Everything about Banbury Space Station Storage is absolutely fabulous. The facility is always clean & welcoming. The guys on the phone are super friendly & efficient. A very well run & well priced storage facility.

Great staff they give 100 percent nothing is too much trouble very professional they show you how everything works and take time with you to make sure you are ok with how everything works and Heath and safety is very important to them, well done guys

Loved the customer service from the Wakefield branch. Murray was super. I like that the facility is very modern and they moved my goods into the storage for me. The removal company they work with was so good. The only thing I didn't like is that I only had access of the unit until 6pm which gave me only 2 hours as I finish work at 4. Otherwise, my rating would have been higher!

Communication I have had through both email and on the phone have been excellent. I was given all the information I needed. Not only that, but the free removals to site was an added extra, easing the stress. My belongings were stored neatly when I went to the site too. The site is also very secure, with app permissions needed for entries and use of the lifts and notification if anyone else tried to access your unit.

Modern facilities and good service.

I have got 2 Storage Units with Space Station Garette Green Birmingham. The Facilities provided are absolutely Fantastic Like CCTV, Free Parking, Neat and Clean.

The Customer Service provided by Andy and Tracy deserves 5 Star.

Such friendly, helpful staff & good price

Knowlgable and trained team who helped a lot in ths stresfull process of moving and storing .I was explianed all nicely and shown around and then cmplated the proces online ad now I can store!
