The ability to manage fussy clients
We required a booking for the Heritage Day "long weekend" and booked only 2 weeks before which made it impossible to get the desired resort at that time. However it only took a reply to the regret email to get a booking request for another date with the same details. This was good customer service as people hate filling in online forms!
Regarding the booking and payment: all was resolved in a day by exchange of emails especially that being a Saturday.
We made additional requests and were persistent in our confirmations regarding how the kid will be accommodated and this was handled professionally. I was even surprised to receive a follow up call!
We have not stayed at the hotel yet but given the professionalism, I am confident that all will be as desired!

The palace of the lost city is a very beautiful place and I really enjoyed with my wife
Sun City is a very beautiful place were i would like to take my children in December. It is a very secure place and there is alot of activies going one. My booking was professionally taken care of and had no problems but to enjoy the occasion. The staff at the Palace were so great they made me free that i was equally important. I must state however that i had time to go round the other places such as cascades and the vacation centre and the staff there were not very friendly. I assumed maybe because I was a fellow black because I could see a diference with the way they attended to whites. Otherwise my wife and I really had a great time.

trustworthy safe and reliable
I was surprised how easy it was to book, rates were fantastic and I was well informed, with every detail. Only made payment two daysbefore book in, which was not a problem. It was easy to confirm my reservation at the hotel. When we arrived we were extremely happy nd I would recommend the site south african hotels to anyone.
Truly made 3yr anniversary spectacular.

South Africa Hotels has provided me with THE most exceptional service. After a rather unfortunate experience at the hotel we were staying at (due to no fault on the part of South African Hotels), South African Hotels took the matter up on our behalf and ensured that issue was dealt with efficiently and effectively.
