Quick, straight to the point & very friendly service.
I had a very pleasant experience, the response was quick, it was easy to follow the instructions, payment was easy and convenient and I also like the fact that confirmation of receipt of payment was sent to me promptly, I didn't even have to call to find out if payment was received. I'd definitely use this service again, as well as recommend it to friends and family.

Want to relax? Head to Bakubung in Plilansberg
I first made a visit to Bakubung 2years ago. What a find. Superb staff, thoughtful, proactive and seeing me arrive with my disabled sister saw them BURST into action without a single prompt from me. That included moving us to the disabled room, lending us the Lodge whee;chair and assisting my sister on and off the Game viewing vehicle. Nothing was too much trouble. I will be returning in January for my 3 visit in 14 months and to add to the delights of Bakubung itself, it's web site for booking and payment is so user friendly even an oldie like me finds it totally easy to use. As for the animals in the Park - I can't wait to see them all again - and all this just 2 hours down the road from Joburg! Brilliant.

Easy and quick
I was looking for a place to stay in South Africa, expecially on a game reserve or bush lodge. I googled this search and immediately got the south african hotels website. I tried to book directly with the lodge but was told that it is full. When I booked through south african hotels I got a place. I was so thrilled about this. Payment booking etc was so easy.
