Left keys in Thailand!!!!!
Rang my breakdown company who put me onto these guys. In less than 3 hours I had 2 new keys coded to my car and at a price that I considered very fair.
Sean, who picked the lock to get into my car was fantastic. He explained the alarm would sound and it did. He invited us to use the car to retrieve anything we needed.
The process took less than 30 mins. As soon as he was done he opened the boot so we could load the suit cases and be on our way.
Brilliant service.

Car locks changed following theft of key.
I had my car key stolen and was advised by the police to change the locks and keys. This was done via my insurance company and the service provided by Soter was great. Recommended

We were phoned straight away after a referral from the RAC. Updated on time of arrival and the car fob issue was resolved very quickly. Very polite, friendly service. We will be using again.

Needed a locksmith 5 o’clock on a Sunday night for snapped key in steering wheel barrel rang 4 people no one interested apart from Sean, he turned up on promised time of arrival then went out of his way to get me back on the road including cutting new key and setting up fob in dark and raining great job thx again 👍

Absolutely disgusting service.
Was unfortunate enough to be passed on to these charlatans by the RAC so assumed they were honest and respectable.
We foolishly had left our car keys in Spain, so unfortunately were stranded at Stansted airport upon our return.
Was charged £240 and told somebody by the name of Thomas was on the way whilst we were still on the phone, and that he was at Heathrow on the M25 approximately 90 mins away.
When we called 3 hours later we were told he was held on another job in north London and would be 50 mins.
Received a text message over an hour later to say a different engineer was coming (from a different company) and to hold tight.
It’s now 8pm and we’re still here 5 hours later freezing cold and fairly annoyed.
