Shocker of a company
Shocker of a company. Debris stuck in the ignition of my van. Called the RAC and they put me through to these guys. Paid £144 up front for yes I agreed to a non guaranteed service! Against my instincts but as is RAC recommended thought would give it a go. 4 hours later locksmith turns up has a wiggle around in the barrel for 5 minutes and concludes that nothing can be done. The sales guy sold to that they would do everything they could to remove the debris. Shocker. To conclude spoke to another company local to myself who said that is a disgusting service came out on Easter Sunday had the item removed within the hour and charged £50. Enough said

Replacement car keys!
Kev came to replace our car key.
Our only key failed and left us with a car we couldn’t use.
Took some time due to the bank holiday to sort, but Kev was fantastic and replaced the failed key and we had another key sorted too!
Easy, supportive and friendly professional service!
Good job I added key care to my insurance policy!

Great service on a bank holiday Friday. I do not know the names of the two people on the phone that i spoke to but both were really helpful and friendly. Tom the locksmith was really friendly and talked me through the process and answered the many questions i had. Great service.

The transponder chip fell out of my key…
The transponder chip fell out of my key so was unable to drove the car. The guys i spoke to in the office were both very professional and helpful and the guy who came out was also very professional and friendly . Key was replaced at a reasonable price. Very happy with service i received.

Efficient and very polite.
My issue was handled immediately and efficiently by both team on the phone and the autolocksmith (shout out to the locksmith for being punctual, communicative and very polite, regret not taking his name!) who came to my house on the next day to replace my remote key. Very pleased that my insurance has chosen Soter to handle this part, they deserve a 5 star review from me.

They do not know their job are rude
They do not know their job are rude... They are running a scam... They get the work from rescue company, sublet to at peanut rates to monkeys who don't know their business... we've got the key, their partner, sent one one man, he could not repair it, another man came he said there is no current. I told him you are lying. I told him it was ok before. Your man broke it. He went away. I had to call a private man he repaired it for ,,,£740. Including the party they broke. They are not reimbursing the money. They know I am old and a foreigner so they can hold me in contempt.
