Excellent and really nice chap
I felt sick when I locked the key in the boot, no access due to it being a convertible and 150 miles from home.
The chap who turned up was excellent. Reassuring, polite in my panic and professional.

First class service
The overall service was excellent from first explaining the issue to the key being replaced and programmed. I spoke to 4 people and each was most helpful. The tracking service for the person carrying out the job was also really useful.

Customer Appreciation
First of all their timing is excellent and precise, I was always in the picture of their move, like I was carried along with their actions about the job progressively until completion. The worker himself was nice and helpful when I need to know about certain aspects of the ignition of the car.

A seamless service
From booking, to the call out, every step was seamless. All timings I was advised of were kept to.
Lewis went the extra mile to try a different way of getting into my car so I could access my keys. This meant that I didn’t have to wait for anyone else and he was able to get into my car.
He even very kindly put down my seats as I had no idea how to for me to access my keys! I really appreciated him going the extra mile.
Hopefully I never lock my keys in the car again, but if I did I would not hesitate to use this business again.

Couldn’t be any better
Courteous pre all was given 45 minutes before arrival as clarified by control upon booking the job. Locksmith as I’m aware had been all over London and Watford as far as the office had explained my wary pm arrival time. Mr locksmith arrived with a smile, explanation of what he was going to do, a few insight stories into his day and finished the job in good time and still with a smile on his face. He was cottons, informative and warmed the situation that I had been in. 10/10

The engineer called and advised a time…
The engineer called and advised a time he would be at my house. Very polite and knowledgeable. Explained everything about my issue. He then reprogrammed my key and advised me to get a new one as this one was on its way out. Really good service and a happy customer. Definitely recommend if you need assistance.

What's important for people to know
I was put through to this company by the rac to retrieve my car keys locked in the car,seven hours later with me making one phone call inbetween I was told there was no exact e.t.a.
No fun what so ever sat outside your car for that length of time,I would not have used this company if the rac had not recommended them and shame on the rac for doing so,the rac need to take a good long look at their response times .

Replced two keys
Told me price in c9ntrol room two new keys the next day all coded the guy who came was spot on hopefully I don't need to use the company again buy if I lose keys I've got their card very positive experience
