Great service when my steering lock broke.
Great service from these guys. My steering lock broke, so I was unable to start my van. I was expecting them to come out in 3-4 working days. They then advised I would have an engineer much later. I called them back and they rearranged. They were happy to help as best as they could. There was contact via text messages to keep me updated and when the locksmith arrived, they were friendly, professional and got the van up and running in about half an hour. The total time off the road was 7 days but they have been brilliant the whole time.

Key fob for VW
Key fob failed & referred by RAC. No locksmiths immediately available, but when they came, their service was really quick & efficient. They made the process much more straightforward than I expected.

Excellent service after locking self out of car
Put through by the RAC after I locked the key in the car. Polite and professional service on the phone. Arranged a local locksmith immediately. Arrived within half an hour and five minutes later I was driving away. Excellent service.

Words can’t explain how grateful I am for Lewis fixing my key issue especially when it is kids summer holidays and a car is crucial! It would have cost me a large sum of money had Lewis not been able to work out the issue for me and fix it. He went above and beyond and was polite, kind and explained it all to me. Had problems with 2 sets of keys not working the engineer was able to sort it out in 30 minutes saving a very expensive trip to an auto electrically engineer
