I like the company very much and have…
I like the company very much and have had several really nice items BUT now they are far too frilly and items not now suitable for the older generation. Shame as I have, in the past, loved some items - I also think a bit expensive.

I contacted customer service due to a technical hitch accessing my account. Annie was prompt with a response and now everything is back to normal. I can't get through the day without browsing Sosandar! I love their range, and the service given from the company in terms of both product quality and customer service is fabulous!

Had a dilemma after purchasing a beautiful leather jacket on Sosandars sale weekend about sizing. Wish I had ordered two sizes at the time as sale now ended. A lovely lady, Faye, reassured me that Sosandar would honour the sale price if I wished to order another size to compare and then return the jacket not suitable. Well that made my day as the jacket is beautifully made and of a high quality leather. So my issue was resolved and now I'm just waiting for my item.
Super understanding and sorted my dilemma in minutes.

Excellent customer service
The returns process has become a bit hard to negotiate recently but I highly rate Sosandar for the quality of their garments. I recently had a problem with trousers which seemed to be sized wrongly and had to contact customer services. The matter was dealt with quickly and cheerfully by Sofia
