Incredible!
From the very start, Sophie Conran was the obvious choice for our new sofa! We had been browsing the net for a while in the hope of finding something extra special for our new home and very nearly gave up… that is until we clapped eyes on Sophie Conran’s glorious website! We quickly fell in love with the classic chic of her designs and knew it was the right choice! Nadia was very accommodating and knowledgeable in helping us choose the right sofa and Melanie was a joy to work with in managing a seamless experience in delivering our order ahead of the scheduled delivery date! The entire process was stress-free and without any effort from our side! I cannot recommend this company enough 😃

Exceptional. That’s the best way to describe both my experience with the Sophie Conran team and our new sofa. From the very first interaction, Nadia was incredibly helpful and communicative, even creating a custom rendering of the sofa in a fabric that wasn’t shown on the website.
Once our order was underway, Melanie made the delivery process seamless with clear, timely communication.
The sofa itself truly has a “wow” factor. It’s unbelievably comfortable - an absolute joy to sink into - and everyone who sees it comments on how beautiful it is. I couldn’t be happier with this investment in our comfort and home.

I have just received my bespoke coco sofa, chair and footstool I am absolutely thrilled. Nadia in the design team was incredibly helpful and supportive as soon as I approached Sophie conran after seeing the off the peg range in John Lewis. She as even kind enough to do a zoom call on a Sunday afternoon to talk about ideas. Nadia helped with fabric choices and I ended up choosing a stunning floral with a plain border from two separate fabric manufacturers, bespoke really means you can choose literally anything although one fabric I loved Nadia explained wouldn’t be suitable for loose coverings which saved a very expensive mistake, she was so helpful during literally dozens of emails and calls 🥰 Melanie took over once the order had been placed keeping me up to date with timelines and delivery ( which ended up being much quicker than I expected) it has been such a luxury to have an L shape sofa made to our exact measurements rather than making do with what is available in a shop. The delivery team were excellent and very professional. I cannot recommend Sophie conran enough the quality of the furniture and overall customer service even down to the stunning scatter cushions has been first class … thank you all so much

I recently purchased a beautiful sofa bed from this company, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience and the product!

Stunning Sofas, Outstanding Experience
The sofas look absolutely beautiful. I’m honestly so impressed. You can really feel the craftsmanship and attention to detail. They’re super solid and well made, with firm but comfortable seating and perfectly tailored pillows. They’ve definitely become the center of attention in the best way because the design is just that good.
In a world where everything feels mass-produced, it’s so refreshing to see true handmade artistry. Please pass along my thanks to the whole team. Both sofas are incredibly well crafted, and the fabric feels so smooth and refined. These truly feel like forever pieces.

The company was very easy to work with. The coffee table is a very solid, well made piece of furniture. The quality is superb. The furniture was delivered on time and was framed around the piece so it was well protected.

The best decision
I have debated for three years about a Sophie Sofa (Coco 2.5) and Nadia was so patient and understanding with all of my questions and hesitations.
The style and look of the sofas from Sophie spoke to me and I felt one of them had to be my dream piece of furniture.
I looked at many other designs and manufacturers and kept coming back to Sophie and I am so glad I did not "settle."
The "Duck Egg" color in linen was also worth waiting for.
I expect to have many years of enjoyment from my bespoke piece and I know it will be enjoyed by my daughter and her family in years to come.
You should have heard the squeals of delight and the spark in their eyes when they saw it had been delivered.
Melanie picked up after Nadia finished her assignment with me and made the ordering and decision-making easier than any other item I have ever ordered.
Thank you so much.
What a tremendous value and quality this sofa has, and I am looking forward to the future memories made watching TV, reading, or even sitting cross-legged writing up notes from a lecture.

The sofa I have always dreamed of
I have discovered Sophie Conran's sofas on Instagram and I decided to purchase the COCOBELLA 3,5 seater + a footstool in Boho denim blue. It was not easy from France but with the help of Nadia and Melanie, really both fantastics, it is now a reality. The sofa is beautiful and to sit on it is a great pleasure. I saw a Sophie Conran sofa on Facebook and could not get it out of my mind. It seemed like the most beautiful sofa I’d ever seen. After thinking about it for quite a while, I ordered the sofa of my life. I live in Denmark, so the sofa needed shipping, but today the sofa arrived, and it is breathtakingly lovely. It will make me happy every day for the rest of my life! It is so beautiful!
