My sonographer was lovely, she made me feel at ease straight away. The clinic was running a little bit late, but they made us aware straight away and were very apologetic which we appreciated! Would recommend to anyone thinking about going for an early scan. Thank you!

I had a really positive experience at my fertility scan. Bea is always so helpful, thoughtful, and kind throughout. She always went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and supported, explaining everything clearly and showing genuine care. Her professionalism and compassion made a big difference. Angela and the chaperone were really lovely, friendly and made us feel completely at ease from the moment we arrived. The whole experience was so calm and reassuring, which meant a lot as we were feeling quite nervous beforehand.

Everything was explained clearly, and we never felt rushed. Seeing our baby and the heartbeat was such a special moment, and the environment made it even more memorable.

We’re so grateful for such a positive experience and would highly recommend Somerset Early Scans to anyone.

Wonderful experience having an early ultrasound for reassurance. The whole process made us feel completely at ease, and it was truly amazing to see our baby so early on. A really special and comforting experience that we’ll always remember.

Good location and easy to find. Absolutely lovely sonographer. Knowledgeable, interested in the history, and phenomenally kind and empathetic. They could not have looked after us better. Am so very grateful for the information about what was happening and what needed to happen. And their incredible kindness.

Amie is an amazing sonographer. She is so quick to put people at ease; she is exceptionally professional and still exudes warmth. I would recommend this facility to any expectant mothers and their partners.

A pleasant scan, although it was booked for peace of mind due to a potential miscarriage the lady’s were lovely, kind and extremely welcoming.
They made me feel very safe and were very attentive and made me feel very comfortable.
Amy provided me with the EPAC phone number which I called and they have assisted me further and I wouldn’t have known where to start if it wasn’t for her, I’m am very grateful. This is my 4th time to this clinic over 4 years but unfortunately I will not be returning in the future simply due to the cost of this Scan I believe is very overpriced considering it’s a lot less expensive at other clinics.

From the moment I arrived, bearing in mind I had never been there before, I was greeted with a warm welcome upon arrival.
Easy to follow signs, naturally friendly, warm and kind staff, who answered every question and provided a thorough, informative and patient focused service.
I would highly recommend and definitely not hesitate to go back again.
