Went into the store which is well stocked and lots to choose from. We couldn’t quite find the lights we wanted from what was out on display but we were helped by David who worked with us and found some options they had that weren’t on display. This isn’t our first time buying lights from here and likely won’t be our last. Great shop, well priced and good service! Thank you

Ordered two ceiling diffusers, was not notified of delivery date or anything for that matter after purchase.

One diffuser was damaged so I took photos and emailed them, I also made contact by phone. They said they would update me on what to do next but didn’t so sent another email 4 days later and also called them to ask about it, they said they would be in contact which they were but this was another few days later.

When they did get back to me they said they were waiting on a response from the supplier, 9 days have now passed and still no update.

I have a feeling I will have to buy the same light from a different shop which bearing in mind they were £145 each is massively insulting to me.

We visited the showroom where we were able to find the right light fitting for our house. The fitting which was a large chandelier arrived within three days but was unfortunately damaged and unusable. I did have some difficulty in getting a satisfactory response to my calls but eventually received a replacement item very quickly. I was still left with the damaged fitting which I had to return myself to the shop. However we are very pleased with our purchase now.

Great range of products and priced reasonably. Excellent communication and swift delivery. All item packed well and arrived in perfect order. Very happy with my order.

Good service from Solihull Lighting, ordered the light fitting I required from the warehouse, searched the catalog for an uplighter I required and was informed when they were ready to pick up. No problems at all.

We really had a great experience with this company. Worth travelling from Stourbridge too. Great showroom and customer service excellent. We couldn't see anything we liked, although being a large showroom, so brochures came out and we found exactly what we were looking for. Lady couldn't have helped us more. The lights came within a few days and were very well packed.
We would definitely recommend a visit.

Solihull Lighting is a beautiful shop to walk around. They have such an array of lights and beautiful pictures. I am lucky as it is very local to where I live. Popped in to look at Wall lights for my lounge. I had something in my mind and could not find it in other lighting shops. Suddenly I saw the perfect light. The assistant was very helpful and went to order it for me from their catalogue. Unfortunately the light was discontinued but after checking with the Manager I was able to have the display light for a discounted price. I was so excited. The lady called me the next day for me to collect my light and now it has a proud place on my wall.
It is beautiful and perfect.

I had no idea what to look for but the staff here were very patient and helpful and ended up with beautiful lights, highly recommend taking a look in the show room for inspiration!!

Purchased 3 wall lights on Tuesday afternoon, arrived 8:30am on Thursday. Very impressed.

The electrician was due in a couple of hours when I discovered that the bracket was missing to enable the light fitting to be secured to the ceiling. I quickly went to Solihull Lighting to ask if they could help. In a couple of minutes they produced the correct bracket and made no charge. Excellent service. Thank you so much.
The electrician was able to complete the work.

I had a problem with a wall light which was completely of my own making. I stress that its important to carefully read instructions. I contacted the customer service and Rachael and Ryan could not have been more helpful in sorting it out. There is a wide selection of lights to choose from for all situations. I will certainly buy from them again. Well done.

Fantastic speedy delivery
I placed my order last week and ordered 2 chandeliers to my delight i was given extra money off at the checkout for buying 2 I think ?
I placed my order and then read the reviews and to be honest I was worried that I may not receive my order after reading some reviews , I rang Solihull lighting to confirm my order was going ahead I spoke to a lovely man who answered the telephone after a few rings and he assured me my order was being processed and it would be with me in the next few days .
My order arrived today less than a week after ordering I am delighted with my beautiful top quality chandeliers , I am delighted with the service I was kept up to date with times dates etc .
Very happy customer would highly recommend Solihull lighting .I will shop with them again .

Failed to honour their price match promise. I've chased them several times, but still no refund 2 months later - just 'please get in touch' messages. I *have* been in touch! Repeat customer, can't ring during their office hours - very, very disappointed.

We have just bought 2 DAR Gemini light fittings, to replace two very similar fittings as we wanted a different finish. Gloria was extremely helpful, and gave us a great service.

From the moment I walked in the shop and seen the large amount of lighting they had. It was obvious I have come to the right place. I had just moved in to a barn and wanted to choose some good quality lighting. I didn’t realise how big the shop was until I went in. The quality of the lights are fantastic and you can see them all lit up. The staff was all so friendly and lovely and never pushed me into buying anything that I was not happy with. They all just wanted to help whenever I had a question to ask. I decided to buy a few ceiling lights which I have to say are amazing. So delighted with them I decided to buy more lighting for the kitchen and the 3 bedrooms. All fantastic and as you can guess I would definitely recommend Solihul lighting.

I purchased two pendant lights to go over our new kitchen island. When we hung the lights 4 of the 6 glass shades had bubbles in the glass which were obvious as the lights hung at eye level over the island. Ryan in customer services together with Diane from Searchlight went above and beyond to help resolve the issue. Absolutely first class customer service! Couldn’t have asked for more.
