10/10 great customer service from start to finish defo recommend

Writing this review after a year of using my sofa, and I just want to say a big "thank you" to Sofas and Friends' team.
I had a big trouble with my too narrow entrance, and there was not much furniture I could fit in. And I just loved the idea of being able to just split sofa onto 2 parts. As a pleasant bonus - the sofas are very stylish and comfy, aaaand there was a promotion. Honestly, can't recommend this shop enough!

Ordered on website. Delivery within a week by the nicest and most respectful delivery team. Updated at all stages or ordering/ delivery process. I was nervous to begin with as hadn’t actually seen the sofa in real life. After seeing it on social media for a while I took the plunge. So happy with the purchase. Tignes right corner in rabbit. Absolutely beautiful sofa, quality is amazing. If you’re thinking about using this company, don’t hesitate!

Rad over at Sofa’s & Friends was amazing & really friendly! Making sure I got my Bormio Corner Sofa in time for Christmas. Then delivery drivers were efficient & very accommodating considering it was a nightmare trying to get the sofa in the house, they were so patient & didn’t give up til we got it in the house! Gorgeous sofa, we are delighted. It's perfect for our movie room. Delivery was quick and efficient. The delivery guys had a very long day but we're polite and friendly and had the sofa in place and all packaging taken away very quickly.

We had a very poor experience with Sofa & Friends from delivery through to aftercare.

When the delivery drivers arrived, I stayed out of their way to let them do their job. However, I could hear them struggling, so I went to check. They had walked through our hallway wearing dirty, wet shoes, leaving marks all over our brand-new cream carpet.

They then struggled to get the sofa through the lounge door. I asked them to stop so I could remove the door, but they ignored me and continued forcing the sofa through. I even put my hand between the sofa and the doorway to try and protect the frame, but they carried on regardless. As a result, our doorway was damaged.

After they left, we discovered that one of the sofa legs hadn’t even been fitted and had simply been placed down the side of the sofa.

Because of the delivery damage, we had to pay for a professional carpet clean and also repair and repaint the damaged doorway.

I contacted Sofa & Friends to make a complaint and was told a manager would call me back. That never happened.

On top of everything else, the sofa itself is extremely hard and uncomfortable. I can only hope it softens over time, but at the moment it’s very disappointing. I really wish we had gone to see the sofa in person before purchasing.

Overall, the delivery was careless, the customer service was poor, and the product has not met expectations. I would not recommend this company at all.

I’m really happy with my new sofa from Sofa & Friends. It looks exactly like the photos and feels even better in person. The fabric is soft but sturdy, and it’s very comfortable for everyday use. Delivery was smooth and everything arrived in perfect condition. It fits beautifully in my living room and feels like great value for the quality. I would definitely recommend Sofa & Friends.

Couldn't recommend enough. Website easy to navigate, delivery was flexible considering me changing the dates twice, and the quality of the sofa is amazing.

No need to go anywhere else! This company and staff are the best. Not pushy sales people like a lot of other companies either. We purchased the bergamo and it is stunning. It looks stunning and the quality is amazing. The delivery team were also fantastic and done everything to make sure the sofas could fit through the doors. When we ordered the sofa I even asked if a footstool could be made snd they said they were being made (still not released) and let me pre order it, that’s what you call service. I can honestly say this place has the nicest sofas and the best quality too. The team are really friendly and always on hand to answer any questions.
