Socom Tactical Recensioni 

First time purchasing off Socom Tactical and what can I say, brilliant! One of if not the only Airsoft shop that I could find that have spare parts for what I need at a very good price too ordered on a Sunday and at my home for the Tuesday. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

Customer service is top notch. An item I ordered was out of stock but they promptly reached out to me and gave immense apologies and sorted out an alternative which I’m very happy with.

Ordered some Airsoft equipment for Socom Tactical earlier in the year. It arrived very quickly and was packaged well. Originally I was very impressed with the items I received. However, I quickly learned that the main item in the purchase was faulty.
I called the shop to work out what to do, they gave me some tricks to try. These didn't work, so I was advised to return it.
The return process was very little fuss and very well dealt with. So whilst my experience wasn't completely positive, it was handled in the best way possible.

Already a great shop but recently they've proven to go above and beyond when it comes to customer service.

I bought an M4 stock off them which broke due to bad quality control during its first game out. Socom offered to replace it for a new one, free of charge, no questions asked.

Besides this they also have an awesome walk in store, lots of RIFs and gear on display. Prices are also competitive to other stores and they have lots of spares especially for GHKs.

Brilliant seller , items are always sent out extremely quickly and as described have been using them for years !

My first ordered (M130 spring for a VSR-10) was out of stock even though the website said it was. They were super helpful and ranged to get out out as soon as they were in stock and even refunded my postage for the inconvenience. Great service and the prices are good too. Will definitely buy from them again

Never had an issue with these guys, I ordered one item then realised they had something else in that I wanted after I ordered so I placed a second order. I didn't even ask about them refunding my second delivery charge they just did it. Great service.

I found thief web site easy to use and I received my order within a few days.

I have all ways found the team really helpful and supportive. This time round I only wanted a couple of M- Loc rails. One of the team noticed that I had ordered M-loc and Keyloc and decided to check with me before selling me the rails. This was only a simple thing, but it shows their attitude to customer service. Imagine the pain of getting back home and finding the wrong rails. Well done team, thank you, i look forward to dealing with you again in the near future!

Scott went above and beyond anything I expected the store had parts for a pistol I ordered via website which was a very easy purchase.
I sent a message via Facebook to say thank you but wished they had more parts for my gen1 m9 but Scott managed to find some for me and purchased these over the phone and where delivered to me within 2 days, thank you again and I will be using you a lot more often than i thought I would.

Got on to ST as soon as the new white H8R pistol was announced they ordered some and put my name on one with the plan for me to pay and collect when in due to change in plans I had to get them to send it to me it came the following day great service highly recommend them
