I have enjoyed trying new products that I would have never known about. I also like giving my opinion on products.

Not enough freebies
System glitched out if I have more items on the receipt I’m trying to submit

I purchased the energy shot from target as directed. I submitted my receipt from target as it has been rejected. I tried multiple times!!!! It states offer does not match receipt. It is the only thing I purchased!!! Still trying to get my money back

I love that I get to try full size products for 50-100% off. I like the reimbursement aspect now, compared to mailing a coupon!

It used to have a lot of free items to buy and try, which was a great way to incorporate new foods and toiletries in my life. They've also been great at giving the cash back in a timely manner.

I love social nature but i wish there was free products more often and more deals for those that redeem and review often and fast! I love that it allows me to try new products out and hopefully make an impact!

Great deals! Even better is their customer service. Sometimes they don’t pick up deals on their site and a quick ticket and they respond so fast!

I love the opportunity to try new products for no cost with the ability to share my thoughts/opinions with others. I wish that the cash back was not limited to certain retailers. For instance, if I find a product at a different grocery store instead of Target or Walmart, I would like to get it there (if it is more money then I would not expect more reimbursement than was listed on the website). This would make it easier to shop instead of having to make a special trip. The Target in my town is horrible and has hardly any food, so I need to drive 30 min to another Target to find most of the products.

Social nature had opened the door for me to be able to taste and try things that I wouldn’t had otherwise. I am very thankful to Social Nature we are living in times that is hard and it makes such a difference for me. Feeling Grateful

A good amount of time I have to reach out to customer service. I do wish there were more options of products available.

My need to contact Social Nature's customer service doesn't happen very often, but when I do notify them of a problem, they clear it up within a reasonable time.

Excellent service for sellers and consumers! With so many options these days, there’s many products I never would have even noticed or tried without this platform’s offers!
They pay out fast and accurately! In the rare case you need them, customer service is very friendly and on top of things!

Rebates are timely and correct. Customer service is responsive and corrects rebate issues in a timely fashion. Details of rebates are very clear and easy to follow.
