I enjoy using the Social Nature website to try a large variety of new products. They make it very easy to locate the products and are quick with the reimbursements. I have discovered many new products this way.

It's quite often hard to find items at the stores that are supposed to have the stuff. Feels like a fair amount of wasted time

Sometimes they will goof up and you won't get your rebate. Customer service is difficult to reach unless you have a secret email address to someone. Most of the time they are pretty trustworthy though.

This site is a great way to try out new and healthy item for free or at a discounted rate. Refunds come very quickly once receipts are submitted. Any bumps in the road were quickly resolved by customer service.

Product was actually in stock. I get frustrated driving to the store and finding out of stock or they don’t carry the item.

The only problem was you didn't accept some of the receipts that I submitted. I had to resubmit them several times before you approved it, otherwise itwas agood experience.

The submission process is so complicated no matter what pains I go through. Addition I all too often receive promos which show there is no offer available on the product.
