Just a bit unclear at time of booking as to how much was being taken exactly, whether deposit amount ir full but overall a great company and website.

10th year we’ve booked with Snowtrex and still the best value for money skiing package we can find. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it.

Easy to book with lots of information

I have used Snowtrex for over 10 ski vacations over the last few years and cannot say a bad word about them or about any of the experiences I have had.
I have been to most of the stations at the lower budget range, to some of them twice, and although the places are obviously not at the level of the upmarket resorts, you get more then enough pistes and everything else for a pleasant and memorable week in the mountain.
The accommodations are not 5-star level too but for the price you cannot really ask for more.
Amazing value for money!
I really don't know how they do it and most of my friends do not believe me when I tell them how much I have spent on my holiday.
But yet they do it and I don't even bother to look for other options for my annual ski vacation any more.

Always friendly and prompt in confirming a booking

Since a friend sold his Swiss ski lodge a few years back I have had to source my own winter trips. The choice across European resorts is extensive with Snowtrex. I find the accommodation ratings align with mine.
Never needed their customer support. The only occasion I've communicated with them was to find replacement accommodation for a trip which was done promptly and professionally. In my case a 5 star experience which keeps me coming back.

Very easy to make a booking for 10 adults and 10 children. Snowtrex responded straight away to my email with various options

Fairly easy to use website. Could still be improved but works well. Staff very helpful when speaking on phone, but could look into queries, find out small specific questions and return with a reply, which would make it a even more user friendly service,but generally an excellent service. Have been using them for several years.

Very good price with the lift passed and ski hire bundled on - we are booked for Winter 2024 so hopefully the Trip will be as seamless as the booking!

Terrible website. Jumps about - Then booking made for 2025 when i repeatedly changed to 2024 And no-one to speak to for 3 days - not helpful
