Hi all,I ordered the chesterfield Milan bed.Its a lovely bed good quality & it didn't take long to assemble. Would recommend SnoozyNights,when delivered the two guy was really good took bed to the room of choice A1 👍.

They didn’t give me a proper manual on how to set up my gas lift bed which I think is very disingenuous of them all it was a pictogram without words no instructions at all you guys need to fix that.

Amazing bed
Was a little sceptical before ordering as didn’t get to see the bed in person, however I’m so glad I did! The quality is amazing and you get such great value for money when comparing to high street brands. The customer service was also very good. Thank you!

AVOID!!!!!!!
AVOID! Sold me a faulty bed , screws were screwed in at angles and sticking proud not alowing the bed to be built up . Staples all over ripped cloth . Cheaply made and not to a good standard . When i sent the photos to them the offered me a new bed as it wasnt checked . I refused and wanted a refund the manager went into hiding and wouldnt get back to me so im stuck out of pocket with a faulty and poorly made bed .
Snoozynights have replied 4 months later with incorrect statements . I went through paypal to get my money back and has advice off of a solicitor which they ignored . The despute was open with paypal and as they were so slow to reply the case got closed ,i then spoke to paypal and they said i should contact my bank . The solicitor said i have every right to have a refund . Snoozynights had proof of this but went into hiding .
Cheaply made beds at poor quality and will do anything to make you not get your refund !

Firstly we would like to apologies for the delayed response on your review, we have had some technical issues with Trustpilot.
We appreciate your feedback, but looking into the matter it seems you had ordered a 4ft small double size bed, which was bespoke made to your specific design and material you had chosen.
After receiving the bed and putting it together, you then raised the issue with us that the bed you had ordered and received was the wrong size, as you didn't realise that the mattress you had was for a 4ft6 double bed instead of a 4ft small double.
You then requested to exchange it for a 4ft6 double, which we was happy to do so. However, as previously mentioned the bed you received was bespoke made to your specific requirements, exchanging it for a bigger size for no charge was not possible as we don't sell on used, opened or bespoke goods.
When it was mentioned that there will be a additional charge for the replacement bed, you clearly stated to us that you are not willing to pay anymore then you already had. Unfortunately at that point there was nothing we could do as it is not possible to send out another bespoke made bed one size bigger for no additional cost. Our business would be suffering a loss due to a mistake made on your side of this transaction.
You then mentioned that you was not happy with the brackets not lining up on the bed. We took full responsibility for that issue IF THAT WAS EVEN AN ISSUE. We were happy to replace the whole bed but in the same size/design as you already ordered and not in the size bigger that you wanted as we are not covered for that from the manufacturers. Which you refused as you wanted a bigger size.
(IF THE MANUFACTURER HAS MADE A ERROR WE WILL ALWAYS REPLACE OR REFUND)
We had offered you multiple solutions which were all refused by yourself. You then proceeded to open a PayPal case on this matter, where you mentioned that the bed was not as described. You made a false allegation in regards to the quality of the bed, stating that you were unable to assemble the bed. It is evident that you had forgotten, once you assembled the bed you had sent pictures to us. These are the same pictures provided by us to PayPal when you put forward your case. The outcome of this case was that PayPal favoured us, making clear that we were at no point at fault.
We will always do our best to help resolve any issues or mistakes made on our side, but in your case the mistake had been made by yourself and you wanted it to be corrected on our expense which unfortunately is not possible.
We can only apologies for the bad experience you have had with us.

Never bought a bed with so much ease
Never bought a bed with so much ease. Was unsure of what I was looking for, but given the vast option snoozy nights has to offer is exceptional. From purchasing the bed to getting it built in my house, the service was amazing and I have nothing but praise for the company and the employees.
