Beaumont did not have a large enough ottoman for our needs so we had one made specially.

From the start their communication was excellent. They sent samples of materials and advised on the design.

The end result was first class and at a very reasonable price.

Affordable handmade English furniture. I bought 2 sofas for my cottage; they're the perfect size and look for the property - I'm made up with them.

I would recommend ordering fabric samples from their sister company Beaumont Fabrics before placing an order. I opted for a different cloth than the one in the pictures and it's turned out perfectly.

The customer service is excellent - prompt response via email, they answer the phone when you call, and the live chat on the website isn't AI generated.

It took less than 4 weeks from the point of ordering the sofas to the date of delivery.

Excellent company. I bought a bespoke chaise longue and they went above and beyond when arranging the delivery date. The chaise itself is beautiful, ordered a teal colour from their fabric website. Really happy

They would not allow the option of disabling marketing cookies.

If they can't be trusted in not sharing your personal data, then they cannot be trusted as a seller.

Really pleased with my small chaise, the upholstery is lovely and just the colour I expected. I was amazed how heavy it was. It looks so good in my window

Looking at the product online, it appears to be very good quality, ostensibly justifying its price of £499 including postage.
I put it in my sitting room but it wasn't until someone attempted to sit on it that it became apparent that the frame was collapsing. I looked at the construction and it was simply stapled together and the wood had split.
James, the proprietor was adamant that by doing a hasty repair myself, I had invalidated any guarantee. That might well be the case, however, he later offered to 'repair' the chaise if I paid for carriage to and from Jarrow. I'm afraid any confidence I might have had in such a repair has evaporated with the rickety construction method. A pity, because it certainly looks the part. You just can't sit on it. This might well be a one-off mistake but in that case, I would have expected better treatment. I provided a video and a photograph, so it was evident that the thing had collapsed. I can only assume that all the furniture from this source is similarly constructed.
Perfectly pleasant office staff, once you find their contact number but if they are not willing to accept that they have sold something that is not fit for purpose, what use is that?

Very pleased with my recent purchases of a small chaise longue and then a matching foot stool. Good solid frames, fabric exactly as advertised, well finished, excellently priced.Communications and then delivery were good. Overall I was delighted with the service from this British company.
