The Snellers office in Hampton Hill has supported us as first-time landlords throughout our end-to-end journey. Helping us to bed-in, helping us to find tenants at pace, helping us to ensure the property was compliant, and above-all, helping us with some complex tenant-relationship issues. We would, in particular, like to commend Sophie Shepherd, and Anna Harrison who have been engaged from day 1. We've had our property managed by Snellers since August this year. So far we're very satisfied with the service we've received (by Shaun): Responses have been prompt and matters (luckily only small ones!) have been dealt with in good time and without fuss.

Great work Snellers, had a small plumbing problem Shaun in the maintenance team was straight on it, and got the issue sorted with no problems very good service All other departments too always been happy to help, would recommend.

I reached out to Snellers 3 days ago about a gutter fault on our neighbour's Victorian conversion (which includes one apartment managed by Snellers). Sophie was proactive in swiftly forwarding my report to the relevant management company and promptly advised me that the gutter fault would be looked into as a matter of urgency. The faulty gutter has yet to be inspected or repaired so outcome of the situation remains unknown, hence the 3 stars. Sophie's own input at outset was 5 stars however.

I have been renting a flat through Snellers for 1 year now and I am generally happy with my overall experience apart from a few little things.
I must highlight the brilliant customer service received from Sophie Sheppard though. She is very professional On one occasion I lost my patience and my cool which was not good. It wasn't her fault but she handled it very professionally and gracefully and still helped me fully to resolve the issue. I had to apologise after.
She has always sorted all my problems out efficiently so well done Sophie !

Holly has always provided an excellent service to me as a tenant, working hard to ensure the issues that have come up from time to time have been dealt with professionally, timely, and always following through to make sure I am satisfied with the outcome.
