I recently used Smith Partnership Solicitors in relation to a tenancy and deposit dispute, and I was extremely impressed with the service I received — particularly from Liam Kreibich.

Liam provided clear, professional, and well-structured legal advice that helped cut through what had become a very stressful and confusing situation. What stood out most was his ability to explain the legal position in plain English, while still being extremely thorough and precise.

The advice and correspondence he prepared demonstrated a strong understanding of tenancy law and contractual interpretation, and it was obvious that the matter had been carefully considered rather than treated as a generic response. His calm and measured approach also helped reduce a lot of unnecessary stress during the process.

Thanks to the support provided, the dispute was resolved successfully through the DPS process, and I felt far more confident throughout knowing the case had been professionally handled.

I had Kamal on my case, and communication from start to finish was excellent. After a client was delaying payment saying it would be impossible to pay anytime soon, after getting Kamal involved with communication and a LBA they paid by the end of the week! This is the second time I have had success with Smiths Partnership for similar matters. Will always use Smiths Partnership for anything like this. And Kamal was fantastic!
