Firstly thank you to the whole team who have kept us informed throughout the process from initial enquiry to installation. Aaron answered every question and was very reassuring without any sales patter. Short lead times from order to delivery and fitment. Rhys and Arron the two fitters are extremely polite, cleanup throughout the job, arrive on time each day and do a great job. The equipment so far works perfectly and the silent mode is an additional surprise feature. Looking forward to a hot day to use the cooling mode but can say the heat mode works very well. Probably one of the easiest contractors we have had work for us good value for money, efficient and honest.

Aaron was really helpful in recommending suitable air con units and for advising in the conduit plastic pipe work to ensure a very neat look and finish. Smile Aircon were quite simply amazing!!! The quote was very competitive, but what really wowed me was the installation and customer experience. Julian, Aaron and the team were unbelievably accommodating, they installed our air con to perfection and the after service had been unparalleled. Had our air con installed last week and couldn't be happier. Julian gave me the quote over the phone last year and I decided not to go ahead. Big mistake!! Spoke again to Julian this year who arranged for a survey to make sure the quote was for the correct size units. From survey to installation was only a week. Everyone I spoke to was polite and professional. The two installers (Mark and Lee - I think) were very pleasant and polite and cleaned up and tidied after each stage of the installation. I am very glad that I chose a professional Company like Smile and would not hesitate to recommend them.

We had six units installed, the guys were really helpful and made sure we were happy with what they were going to do, they took great pride in their work, making sure everything looked neat and tidy, and in the best place.

The guys turn up this morning, very polite and professional, help to answer any questions that I had before they started the installation of my air con into my garden office.
After the installation was completed gave me overview of the remote and what the ideal setting would suit best for my office.
Both engineers were very today and helpful, now looking to have air conditioning installed in my sons room, which we had aloft conversion few years back to help reduce the heat during the summer.

Whole experience was fantastic from end to end. From initial phone call to installation was only a week or so. Initial sales was very relaxed / not pushy in slightest. The installation team were knowledgeable and very polite - especially working all day mostly outside at the peak of the heatwave in mid Jul 22 - a real credit to the wider company. Would wholeheartedly recommend to any friends and family without a doubt

Great, friendly, personal and knowledgeable service from sale to installation. Company owner personally attended the site visit at my home, no pushy sales, just - 'this is what you need' , ordered, delivered and installed within a matter of days. The unit was EXACTLY what I needed for my property and I so appreciated the advice and genuine interest on getting the right product for me rather than telling me I needed something vastly expensive and over the top for the size of my room as previously advised by a few others. Engineers friendly, thoughtful, tidy and efficient professionals who also spared some time to show me exactly how to use the unit rather than leaving me with a complex manual. Honestly - first rate service! Thanks to the Smile team!

Julian from Smiles air-con was very helpful in explaining our options and recommending where the wall mounted interior cooler units (3) and external Condenser units(2) should be located.
The installation team - Mark & Lee -were outstanding. Very cheerful and pleasant, prompt to start work in the mornings, working hard all day, and constantly cleaning up after themselves as they finished each stage of the job.
Several of our neighbours have also used this same team at Smiles and we all feel the same. They are highly recommended.

I Have just had my aircon installed and therefore am not reviewing the performance of the units. I will review the unit in summer but I would like to comment on the level of service from sale through to the installation.

Working from home recently (and for the foreseeable it seems) in a heatwave and in a south-facing room made me think “air con”. I had several air conditioning surveys and quotes… all relatively similar in offer.. but in the end, I’m really pleased I chose ‘Smile’ largely because the survey was well carried out (Aaron was ace), reputable equipment was specified (Mitsubishi Heavy Industries) and Amie - who arranged booking and delivery - was communicative throughout. Ultimately, both installation engineers Rhys and Lee were absolutely awesome. They were friendly, knowledgeable, informative, very tidy and did an excellent installation. It all looks great, works brilliantly and I couldn’t be happier. Would definitely recommend Smile in future.

Absolutely brilliant service from Smile Aircon! Julian offered some amazing advice on the kind and make of units we would need for a fairly odd shaped living area as well as two bedrooms. And Mark and Lee were just brilliant, came in did the job perfectly from making sure all the pipework was hidden with trunking in straight lines and ascetically pleasing, to the spotless clean up afterwards. Impeccable! Great company, great guys and Aime on the end of the phone to answer any ordering questions. A professional outfit with super family run business feel. Had Aircon fitted in mid-may and waited until start August to see if problems arose. WELL THEY DIDN’T. The service and fitting and operation since May have all been excellent. Wish we had installed it years ago It has been a lifesaver in the past heatwave

Smile Aircon provided a superb service, installing a Mitsubishi split aircon unit into my garden office for a very competitive price and in less than 10 days from enquiry to installation.

Julian at the head office was able to remotely assess the requirements and recommend a suitable and cost-effective unit. Once the price was agreed, the equipment was delivered a few days later ahead of the engineers visiting to install it. In the end, the engineers were able to install the unit a day early having finished a job nearby. The installation itself was a little tricky due to the garden's perimeter fencing but Rhys and Arron were able to overcome the problems quickly and completed a very professional installation.

All in all, an excellent service which I would thoroughly recommend.

Excellent service getting air-con fitted through this company. Pre-sales support and the survey were efficient and reliable, the fitting on the day was done professionally and Engineers on site came up with better method of installation. The unit is quite and performs very well. Would definitely recommend.
