From the first contact with the company, found through the internet, I received excellent customer service. They are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The delivery service was as promised and I was kept informed at all stages. The handover was again done in a very informed and friendly manner. I would recommend this company and the Di Blasi R30 to anyone in need of a reliable mobility scooter.

Treated my mum to the Drive Devilbiss X-Fold Rollator walking frame for Mother’s Day! We purchased the walking frame from the Smart Mobility Centre, The Mall, Luton. The salesman was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this product and the Smart Mobility Centre!

After trialing this model of scooter locally searched on line for comparison prices. Smart Mobility we’re unbeatable we were warned that delivery could be the end of March. We accepted that and ordered with a small deposit that could be refundable.
As I have a stroke and only use one arm I did need an adaption for the seat swivel lever to be changed to the right hand side I was told it wouldn’t be a problem.
We were surprised the other week that the scooter was available sooner than expected and delivery was arranged.
Two men did the delivery assembled and went through a demo the alteration also completed.
Since have had a courtesy call to see if everything is ok. All I can say it’s more than ok, it’s the best. Only regret company not more local

Just taken delivery of a riser recliner from Smart Mobility. The whole process from ordering to delivery was seamless and stress free. Delivery was exactly at the time agreed, the delivery driver was extremely polite and courteous. A professional service from start to finish and all at a competitive price. Thank you Smart Mobility!

Despite an email hiccup, with a phone call to rectify the situation, the purchase and service we received was excellent.
Balba, the retailer, was very knowledgeable and sorted everything out without any further issues.
Delivery was good, although it was fortunate I was home, I ended up helping the delivery man off load the mobility scooter, being such a heavy duty scooter, it would have been incredibly difficult for him to get it off the truck on his own as it was boxed up for protection. There's absolutely no way my wife could have helped being disabled. Once the scooter was set up, a full explanation and a check was done and away my wife went, extremely happy with everything.
Any issues, Balba is straight on to it to get things sorted and put right. I would definitely be happy to use this company again.

I knew exactly which scooter I wanted to purchase, as I had hired one when I went for a day trip to the coast.
When I returned home having used a mobility scooter for the day, I realised what I was missing out on by not being able to walk very far due to injuries, so I decided to buy the same make and model of the scooter that I had hired. This was the Pride Colt Executive.
Getting one was a different matter though, as everyone was advertising them for sale, but when I enquired about the delivery, no one could tell me when they would actually be getting them back in stock.
That is all except Balba at Smart Scooters !
Having primarily made contact online, I rang him to inform him of my needs, and he told me when I could expect to receive my scooter ( there were none in the country at the time, for various reasons) and sure enough, it arrived within the timescale he stated.
Balba rang to tell be that the distributing company should be contacting me within 7 days to arrange delivery ( it was actually 5 days) and when they rang they told me my scooter would be delivered on the date agreed, by an engineer who would build the scooter for me, and take away all the packaging ( and there is loads of it I can assure you!) After being shown how to use the scooter, Balba rang me to see if I was happy with everything, and to activate the free insurance that was on offer at the time of purchase.
If you want to buy a scooter without any hassle, Balba is the man to deal with. He even made it easy for me to buy VAT free, as I am a disabled person. Thank you Balba for getting me the scooter that I wanted. I do appreciate it.

After discussing my needs, he pointed me towards a different (and slightly cheaper) scooter, which I now have, and is perfect. After spending sometime talking to powerchair suppliers i found Smart Mobility. I rang and didn't have to talk to an answering machine. Balba was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the the Pride Go Chair.
I placed the order 11/02/21it arrived on Monday the 15th. Assembled here at our home and ready to use.
All social distancing and safety procedures followed.
My wife is very pleased with her new chair, so glad i found Smart Mobility, happy husband .

I called Smart Mobility for some info re their scooters online. I spent some time chatting to Balba, it became clear that I needed help choosing the right one. Balba asked me lots of questions even going as far to check the topology of the area I live. Once he had all the info he gave me numerous choices. I went for the Sterling 700s. I was advise there might be a delay with delivery due to covid. I was kept updated until delivery, which was earlier than I expected. I paid for contact free delivery, my scooter was delivered, built up and demonstrated for me. I have complete confidence with Balba and his knowledge. His attention to detail is fantastic, his customer service is impeccable. I have been sold a quality Motability scooter and look forward to enjoying my new found freedom.

Balba is a real pleasure to deal with. Extremely knowledgeable about the specifications of the previously purchased mobility scooter (Pride Colt Executive), and the recently purchased riser chair (Cosi Jubilee medium).

I knew very little about riser chairs.
Within a 10 minute telephone call I knew which chair to buy for my Nan, had confidence it was suitable, which colours were immediately available, and made a payment.

He then does the paperwork so all we have to do is sign and send back. He also ensured we got a delivery slot ASAP should a cancellation become available.

One of a few genuine companies I am proud to recommend.

I bought an Ambassador rise/recline chair from Balba. I had seen this chair in a local supplier but their price was considerably dearer so I looked online and found his website which was easy to follow. I placed the order by phone and Balba was most helpful. The chair was delivered today. My home has very small rooms and it needed a heavy piece of furniture to be moved to allow the chair components in. The gentleman who delivered the chair moved, then replaced the item, with no fuss. He was very polite, and cheerful despite the weather. He also wore a mask which reassured me. Chair was erected and fully demonstrated before he left. Altogether an extremely productive experience and I highly recommend that you use this firm.

After much research into buying a second, more portable, mobility scooter for my husband we were fortunate to contact Smart Mobility and speak to Balba. His advice and service was second to none. He quickly established our needs: height, weight, use of scooter etc and suggested a Supa Scoota Sprint which we would be able to easily lift into our car but would be comfortable for my 5ft 10in husband. After ordering we received the scooter within a week and it was efficiently assembled and demonstrated by the delivery driver. Balba followed this up with useful advice about battery preservation. All in all fantastic service, courteous and helpful- thank you Balba. I highly recommend this company.

I ordered my scooter on line on a Friday evening and received a phone call on Saturday explaining that the scooters were built to order and that they would phone me back on Monday to confirm that the order had been placed with Pride. They did this as they said and then said their delivery partners would be in contact once it was ready to deliver. This also happened as they said and the delivery service was perfect. A week or so after I received the scooter they phoned again to make sure everything was OK. All in all it was a perfect purchase and delivery and you couldn’t ask for better and to top it all off the Pride Ranger is a great scooter.

I bought a scooter partly via a grant so required more admin than usual and Balba was efficient, friendly and helpful. He helped me to make the best decision with honesty and patience. Their delivery team were also brilliant, coming (with a mask) and putting the scooter together quickly and on time. Overall, a really good experience, I would definitely choose this store again. After speaking to Balba about price and quality I am very happy I chose the Jazzy 600ES power chair. Despite looking quite small and squaat its built like a tank. Delivery was on time and all was explained nicely. My partner, for who the chair is for is not very tall, its very easy to change the seat height and foot rest to the perfect position (it is a spanner job but very easy). I think this chair will last along time. Dave0

Excellent customer service and nothing is ever too much trouble. Balber is always on the end of the phone for any help you need. He went through everything in great detail and did a follow up call to make sure everything was ok.
